Came up north on a business trip. Stayed at this location for 1 night. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a smile and small talk. Right after check-in they gave us a glass of Rosé. The bell service helped us up to our room. He was great, but unfortunately the room was visibly dirty. There were stains on the floor, marks in the bathroom, and the curtains were stained also. We went to dinner and came back to hop in bed — the sheets were stained. Called guest services and reported this issue. They offered us to move rooms or have housekeeping come. Of course we moved rooms. The second room was slightly better but was still not clean. We actually slept on top of the bed, on top of the duvet cover with another duvet from housekeeping (took 20+ minutes and 2 phone calls for them to bring an extra blanket and towels). The noise level of the room was horrible however, 8 floor up and you can hear all the noise from outside — ambulances, police, etc. I really appreciated the front desk’s kindness and can-do attitude but overall I’d honestly give this hotel 3.2out of 5 stars as it really didn’t meet the standard for basic cleanliness you’d expect at a 4 star IHG property.

Jacob at the front desk exemplifies 5 star service. He is professional, friendly and extremely helpful. He went out of his way to ensure my family was well taken care of during our entire stay. Very accommodating to any request. The in room dining staff were amazing and gave helpful recommendations. The food was excellent and matched the dining experience at the restaurant.

Great location! Very clean and staff were friendly and helpful. There were a few minor issues with the room. Bathroom fan made a horrendous high pitched noise, housekeeping did not come. Either the iron or the outlets had an issue when trying to use. A little disappointed there was no hot tub option. Overall a good stay.

Liked the Downtown Commons (DOCO) area. Didn't like that I tried to change us to a handicap room but was told on the phone they couldn't make any changes because we booked through a third party (Expedia). Good thing was that we actually already had a handicap room.
