A few blocks from the main street. Check in is easy. Breakfast is the least they can serve and get by cheap. Three months ago it was much nicer, but maintenance is the least they can do to "keep the place going".

Nice clean rooms and hotel was close to Ace Of Spades.

It was a nice inexpensive motel. The room was clean, looked renovated in the last few years at most, it did not have an odor, came with a microwave an mini frig. It is very close to downtown Sacramento where I had business. I expect to have additional trips to the city in the near future and will utilize this motel again. Third floor room 303.

I'll start by saying that there were 14 bugs on the ceiling of the room when we got there. After going down and informing the guy he said he'd get them when we went to the concert. After returning my friends and I were out on the community patio outside of the room talking with other concert goers and hanging out when the owner came up from his office which was right below us and told us we needed to go to our rooms or he would call the police. I've been to some rangers in my life and we weren't even playing music out on the patio. Just talking. Overall, I wish I would've payed the extra $40 for the hotel up the street.

Ok check in late in the evening. Trere are places in the parking. Staff non inform about breakfast, but in the room tere is notice

The reception guy was nice and friendly.. Breakfast was ok. Location was not good. People were loudly conversing in the parking at 3 am...we only stayed 1 night. You get what you pay for..

Overall I enjoyed my stay, but they can do better with their breakfast.

When I arrived, I was greeted nicely. But when I used the card key to enter my room, there was a lady already in the room. This meant I had to take my luggage back to the front desk to get another room. It was inconvenient. I did not have high expectations, but I felt like I was sleeping on a bed of rocks. The mattress felt like there was only a box spring. It was lumpy and squeeky.

I was looking for a cheap hotel to stay at for one night. I wasn't expecting anything fancy, but the room was musty and uncomfortable

It was a positive experience, good service and the personnel is very professional and kind.

Cheap last-minute reservation. Room was dusty and beetles were all over the room and crawling on my luggage. Wi-Fi too slow to access internet. Old box TV. Paint cracked and hanging from ceiling. Room definitely in need of some TLC and upgrades. Staff was courteous upon check-in, but then it seemed like there was a family living in the front room and she was yelling at screaming kids. Interesting experience but needless to say I won't be returning to this hotel and wouldn't recommend this hotel to a friend unless it was a practical joke.

We needed a last-minute hotel that was not too expensive. This hotel served our pupose as ths is just a place to lay your head and shower. It has a convenient location. The room is a bit tired and sparse. The staff is not friendly and treated me as I was going to rob the place. I doubt if I'd ever stay here again.

The best part about the trip was the location a d value!

The best part was the price and location. Came to sSacramento for a good time and we definitely succeeded! Thanks for the stay

Great location for the night out spent out with friends

This motel was what to be expected for the price, nothing special. We got harassed by some 'tenants' of the motel while trying to get to our room but had no other problems. I've stayed here before and would stay again.

good value, good location to Capitol, corteous staff

This motel was decent for the price. It wasn't in the best area but was in walking distance to the downtown area. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly.

Nothing special. Just a room. Good deal if you aren't planning on staying long.

Clean and well maintained within walking distance of the Sacramento Convention Center, major agency HQ's, and many fine restaurants. The exterior and surroundings are nothing special. The room is pretty bare bones -- but is clean, safe, and relatively quiet. The staff is super friendly and accomodating. A very good bargain.
