The location is good, place is spacious, clean, fresh. Our main issue was that there was no heat and we were very cold by morning. We realized it late by 8.45pm and there was no maintenance available. They didn't arrange anyone on emergency either. Only offered to split us up

The major disappointment was we chose this hotel for the airport shuttle that is advertised. And when we got there, they said they don’t have an airport shuttle. They stopped at three years ago and we ended up paying $40 each way for an Uber to and from the airport. There is no blackout curtain in the living room where our daughter slept and it’s super bright and loud and they charge $10 for parking. We should’ve stayed somewhere where we could get the airport for our friend. The breakfast was good. People were friendly, but other than that we would choose elsewhere.

I like to stay here when traveling to Sac because it's clean, quiet, safe, and comfortable. One issue experienced this time though is our TV didn't work, it had a locked mode in place. We tried calling the front desk multiple times only for it to ring nonstop and not provide an option to leave a message. So I begrudingly got dressed and walked down to the lobby to see if we could get some code to unlock it, waited in line for assistance. The front desk said all they could do was move us to another room. But since we were already unpacked and settled with our dog asleep, we asked if we could just stay in the room but get a discount or something to compensate us for the trouble. We were promptly denied without any other options provided. I was a little suprised and irritated by the response. Even a $10 credit would have been enough. That to me is poor customer service, especially for a repeat customer and Marriot member. But overall, I would probably stay here again based on location and fair price.

The black woman behind the counter at 2am was the best she went above and beyond to get me settled in when she seen I was having a horrible day I wasn’t supposed to check in till 4pm but she’s made the calls herself to Expedia and fixed it for me , we were cold and wet stuck in the snow on the 80 so we made it there and got a good night sleep and a good breakfast

Lamentablemente, la experiencia no ha estado a la altura de ese estándar debido a los siguientes puntos: Falta de higiene y mantenimiento: Al llegar, noté una gran cantidad de pelusa en las sábanas y varios focos de la habitación están fundidos. Considero que, por el precio abonado, las condiciones de limpieza e iluminación deberían ser óptimas. Extravío en el área de buffet: Quisiera reportar que olvidé mi teléfono celular en el área del buffet. Estoy consciente de que el cuidado de mis pertenencias es mi responsabilidad; no obstante, agradecería enormemente si pudieran verificar con su equipo de seguridad o limpieza si algún colaborador lo encontró y lo tiene bajo resguardo.
