Dirty homeless everywhere on proprety the pool was gross staff useless
DO NOT BOOK! Upon arriving at the hotel I was turned away by the hotel staff who told me they did not have any rooms available even though I received confirmation of my booking. And, they refused to refund the full payment I had provided to them when I completed the booking reservation. They charged me approximately $90.00 for the booking and they kept it all without providing me with the service I paid for. Hope my story helps you to aviod the bad business practices I have experienced with the hotel
This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at. My room was filthy and everything was falling apart. The window was broken so cold air was coming directly in, water was leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom and the ceiling looked like it was on the verge of collapse. The lock on the door was broken looking like someone had kicked it in recently. There were homeless people camping out front just off property. I asked the front desk to put me in a different room because of the conditions in mine and they refused saying they were full for the night. I ended up leaving without staying a single night. The place was literally too disgusting to even stay a single night there.
This property was an absolute disaster. It’s a weekly hotels for those who don’t have a place to live. While I was checking in they had long-term resident walking in just hollering that their microwaves didn’t work. The lady at the counter who checked me and had no care for why I was there. She checked me and handed me my keys and literally told me if there’s anything wrong with the room call me right away. Well I requested a refund after being in the room for five minutes I still got charge $55 for a cleaning fee. There was mold in the corner of the room, The curtain had cigarette holes in them for a non-smoking room, the door looked like it had been kicked in by someone, the ice machine was missing the cover, there was bags of trash in the hallway, the stairs looked like somebody had puked from the top all the way to the bottom, one of the doors were shattered parking was scarce it was an all-around absolute nightmare. I would not recommend this property even to my worst enemy.
Overall, it was a terrible experience. As we walked up the stairs to our room, on the second floor, the carpet on the stairs is filthy, stained, smelled awful and needs to be removed or replace. Once we were able to get in our room, our door kept sticking, the first thing you see is a desk and a desk chair. The desk chair was absolutely filthy, permanent stains. In the bathroom, the shower curtain looked like it was taken out of the trash. Children running on the walkway late at night and early in the morning. We barely slept.
It was conveniently located off the freeway. It was good for the night to get some rest.
The bedding and towels were clean. The interior is terribly run down. Microwave was clean. Elevator may or may not work. Morning and evening staff were pleasant.
Awesome spot, outstanding staff, quick check in,fantastic roo ad great price
well I didnt like the fact that there was only one working plug in the room and I had to search quite a bit for that and move the bed around. Real inconvenience when you depend on having your phone charged. Really not OK to hold on to the $75 deposit for a week for no reason. The rental car company returns their deposit the day after you drop off the car.
Very good property affordable cheap price. Close to freeway
Great place to staying save some bread, safe, ihop next door
The room had a terrible odor. The lock on the door was a joke and I felt unsafe. Would never stay there again.
The hotel was in a good location. Could use some improvements in cleanliness and customer service.
Overall dirty premises. Loud noises coming from guests on both sides of our room. Television and refrigerator didn't work properly.
