The Jacuzzi was not working the swimming pool water was really cold. Jacuzzi temp was cold and maintenance didn’t know how to fix it. We didn’t have a blow dryer in our room. We called when we arrived due to strong scent of cigarette in the room. We woke up early for the breakfast, when we arrived there was no food ready and other guests were upset and angry because they only had 1 cook making food. We had to leave and go grab food elsewhere because cook said she was really busy and it was going to take some time to get food out.

Went with family and did not feel safe at all. I also did not like the fact that there was no gate for the cars. Weird people walking around property and coming to lobby door really made me think twice about staying at hotel again. The water was boiling hot int the bathroom as well and it took about 10 minutes of running the cold water to get temperature to a point where I could take a shower. Very serious burns may happen if a kid jumps into the bathroom to take a shower.

The room smelled like body odor. The bathroom was dirty. The rooms are outdated and the bathroom was flushing really slow and sometimes wouldn’t flush at all. I wouldn’t stay here again. There was old furniture around the property. Dozens of cats in around parking lot.

1.) I did not get the room I requested online with a king bed. Was put in a room equipped for handicap persons without a tub. Which was needed for my granddaughter. The one amazing assistant who did all of the work at finding another room offering to help move us to a two dbl bed rm, which I should've accepted. She was the only help the entire weekend. Very sad. Hooray for her moving on to bigger and better things.

Very upset my back has bites from bed bugs. This is very uncomfortable. I have been bite 3 different times on stays in motels. Traveling has become a worry. Motels need to figure out how to address this problem.

Not desirable area in my standards, close to airport

We liked everything about the property. The staff is the most friendliest and helpful staff we have had in years. Very accommodating. Clean and friendly staff and property. In front of the river, friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast spread.

Run down property . Homeless milling around on the street outside and at the gas station next door. In the morning, the staff was removing a homeless person from the dumpster- I believe he was sleeping inside. Seemed a bit unsafe.

May be you can share bit more why you feel about other guests as "wierd" Regarding hot water, all we need to do is to turn the nob to the opposite side. Looking forward to get little more informaiton about "wierd" guests

Very upset my back has bites from bed bugs. This is very uncomfortable. I have been bite 3 different times on stays in motels. Traveling has become a worry. Motels need to figure out how to address this problem.
