This is my second stay at this property and this time I was disappointed and annoyed. The person who checked me in (an Asian woman) neglected to tell me that my refrigerator was not working. One of my MAIN purposes was to have a fridge. She said she was aware it wasnt working but again did not tell me. She told methere weren't any extra fridges and that maintenance would be there the next day at 7am. When I called the next morning, I was told by the staff that maintenance didn't arrive until 9 or 10am. They offered to move me, which was not possible as I was there for a test and did not have time to move rooms. My spouse had to drive up and wait for maintenance to try and fix it. I found out later that the fridge was just turned off and the switch is not easy to get to. I ended up with 2 fridges in my room, even though I was told there were no extra fridges available. Overall, my stay was fine but that ordeal was just an added stress I did not need at the time.

Worst $255 hotel I've ever used. It's a place to flop, that's it.

Everything is wonderful for a short stay. Could use extra blankets in the room, located on a busy street.

I have no complain about are stay. It was a clean room. Quiet night .very happy. And will come back here.

Staff was helpful, room was clean and they had a nice Continental breakfast

Need more handicap parking. But other then that ok.

Location was ideal for my needs and I enjoyed getting in the pool. I was expecting a non-carpeted room, so that is my only "complaint".

Rooms are very clean and have a fairly modern decor. Request a room away from J street if you are a light sleeper. Staff was helpful with a late night room change when I requested it. Great location! It was central to everything: State Capitol, airport, convention center, great restaurants/bars/cafes.

was a little scary for me traveling alone but everyone was very nice.

The gentleman who checked me in upon arrival was great. He was friendly and gave recommendations on where to go and what to do. The woman on the morning shift was not friendly. I was never acknowledged all three times I had breakfast. She was too busy on her cell phone. I didn’t care for the neighborhood. I was uneasy as I was asked for change numerous times. It was noisy at night. I was woke up a number of times every night from yelling, sirens, traffic, etc.

Comfy and quiet! Perfect for what I needed it for.

Easy check in and great location for a conference.

Close proximity to convention center and lots of places to eat, very convenient.

Overall really good, except the appearance of being in less than desirable neighborhood.

Good experience. Newly renovated rooms, very comfortable bed, good breakfast.

Staff was ver grumpy☹️ It was hard to ask question without feeling stupid

Pros: very nice remodeled bathrooms, convenient location Cons: busted air conditioner, run down facilities, limited parking with very small spaces, only one staff member on duty at any time When we arrived, the room we were given had a busted air conditioner, on a 100 degree day. They tried to tell us that it was due to the "heat wave" thinking we wouldn't know better but we are from Sacramento and visiting friends. We know that was actually a mild day. They did move us to another room with a working AC unit without too much fuss, but only after telling us to "just give it a few minutes and it will cool down more". I was impressed by the very nice remodeled bathroom and the spacious shower, but I will likely never stay at this hotel again, nor would I recommend it.
