Larkspur Landing Roseville - An All-Suite Hotel

Recent guest reviews

I stay at Larkspur Landing Roseville because the staff is always friendly, rooms are current and clean and great location!

We recently stayed at Larkspur Landing for a short trip. The hotel reception was very friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and in good shape. They also hosted Whole Foods for food and drink samples while we were there, which was a nice bonus. Now for the bad: the hotel is next to the freeway and train track, so we heard the constant motors and honking all day and night. Worse, though, was the elevator -- the constant dinging nearly drove us to insanity. We were at least able to block out most of the freeway noises with ear plugs, but ear plugs didn't help with the elevator noise at all, and we were kept up all night as a result. By the time we left, I swear we were hallucinating elevator noises since we had been hearing them so much. Unfortunately, in the end, the main reason we go to a hotel is to sleep -- and sleep was something we didn't get. Some of the noises might be more tolerable if we had a different room, but we won't be going back to find out.

The front staff were great. They even provided umbrellas during the rain...great job

Decent size room with full kitchen amenities, comfortable bed, and large flat screen TV. The front office staff was awesome and super friendly and accommodating for our friend's wedding party who spent late hours down in the lobby.

We have stayed here several times over the last few years. Nice, always pleasant. Disappointed in some "new policy" about room cleaning every other day? If you are going to do this, you need to make it very clear at check-in and offer a discount to guests who buy into this. Disney stared doing this and it's a great way to save. Otherwise, it's just a money grab.

Super nice staff and accommodating. Location is fairly convenient: Tahoe Joe's steakhouse with a full bar next door (1 minute walk). Place it kept clean, just very aged. Beds are very uncomfortable. Pillows are also fairly bad, but the front desk can supply you with ones that are a notch up.. I would not recommend this place if you are a light sleeper and are even slightly picky about your bed. Breakfast is included and free, but sort of iffy as well.

The bed was so uncomfortable we couldn't get comfortable and the mattress sagged in the middle. Room was supposed to be a mini suite but it was just a regular room. They had. a Courtesy van but it was not available every time we asked for short hop to the nearby mall, etc. it was parked out front and didn't move. The staff was not that friendly. They need retraining and the owner needs to kick some serious butt. The friendliest staff were the hardest working maid service staff who did smile and greet properly. After spending probably 2000 or more nights at motel and hotels I would give this property a 2 maximum out of ten. So disappointed !!!

We were very pleased with Larkspur Landing. It appears to be new. Architecture and interior decor are quite tasteful. Our room was generously sized and comfortable. I do wish the breakfast had more offerings.

Wonderful! Clean and friendly staff....great place to stay!

Good size room, clean, and aesthetically pleasing.

Great hotel for a great price. Had everything I needed without having to go far. The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was very nice and attentive. Very small gym. Only one treadmill so I had to wait, but it’s better than nothing

I enjoyed my stay. They let me check in early when I arrived there. I explained my situation to them and they welcomed me. The fruits from Whole Foods in the evening was amazing and the cookies was tasted so better that made me coming back for more. I would stay here again

Room was great, staff was helpful and friendly. Lots of highway noise, but that's to be expected so close to I-80. The TVs were pretty low quality too. Overall great experience though!

centrally located. good eats within walking distance. good value for cost. due to other plans missed the weekly wine beer n hor drves . Room looked clean but noticed carpet was not vacuumed well, and some. mold in bathroom. a bit noisy due to major road being close.

We got one the rooms with a kitchen, sitting area and a bedroom. So there was plenty of room for us. It was very nicely decorated and the bed was extremely comfy. The staff was also very helpful. I was conveniently located and provided a free shuttle to the Thunder Valley Casino. I would definitely stay there again. There is also a great restaurant nearby - Tahoe Joe's

Hotel staff was nice and accommodating. Breakfast selections were nice. Location was good. Only issue was the AC unit temperature couldn't be changed.

The staff i welcoming and the room is very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Right off and 80 and convenient to downtown Roseville.

Very nice hotel. Excellent location. Awesome staff. Only regret we were only able to stay one night but next time we are in town longer we will definitely go back

Great staff, clean room and comfortable bed... My ONLY dislike is I wish the showerhead was higher, other than that great place to stay!

The only real complain is the shower head, great water pressure but I'm only 6'2" and I have to slouch down to get under the shower.. During future remodel, please raise....

Thank you for leaving a review. We are part of the Earthview program that focuses on implementing sustainable and innovative practices that benefit the environment, our local and global communities and the performance of our business. I am sorry you weren't told at check in about the every other day policy at check in. We are more then happy to offer every day housekeeping services when requested.

Thank you for taking the time to review the hotel. I am sorry to hear we were not able to provide you with a better stay. We are always able to put a request in for a parking lot side room if you are a light sleeper. I apologize that the bed and pillows in the room you stayed in were not up to higher standard. Again thank you for keeping us informed.
