This was the worst experience of any hotel stays we've had ever. The hotel harassed us the whole stay, stole from us, lied to Orbitz and then refused to give me a full refund for a reservation they canceled.

I didn't like all the homeless checking out my car, and trying to still my stuff.

The lady at check in didn't seem to care whether we liked our stay or not. There was not internet service. The bathtub was sunken (which was OK), but with no hand bars to safely enter. The room had been poorly maintained.

We rented the room only to shower and charge our cell phones since we’d been without power for 24 hours. The floor in the room looked like it’d not been vacuumed in a week AT LEAST. We were told we couldn’t check in until 3pm so I arrived at 2:55. There was a line of folks trying to check in, which some looked as though they were homeless or even prostitutes with their pimps. The showers were very old and the faucet only worked in one position which was extremely hot water. It was an awful environment and I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here.

They could not process my Orbitz transaction. I recommend you do not continue to book through this hotel. I had to pay on my own card.

Roaches, roaches, roaches, and wait... MORE ROACHES. the beds had no bugs on it with thorough inspection. Bathroom sink faucet would move when we would trying to turn on the water, the bath-tub faucet constantly ran. The "wifi" didn't work the whole trip. also no phones in (i would assume) any of the rooms, we had a fridge that was warmer then our hotel room. Now back to the roaches, we kept count of how many we killed which was: Baby Roaches- 11 Big (full?) grown - 7 At the end of the day Folks just stay somewhere else. it may seem worth the price, but really. you're best off staying at the money other hotels in the area.

Still working on resolving a billing problem.: We were charged for the stay even tho we had already paid Orbitz. Have spoken to Justin and Caren, now waiting to talk with manager Roberto. J & C were nice, but don't have the authority to reverse the second charge. Non-smoking room smelled quite smokey. Mattress was broken on one side. (room 105)

Idid not stay because, at 3PM there were no clean rooms eady for incoming guests. The hot tub was not only not working but children were playing in gnus empty hot tub which had a lot of debris and no water. There were bad elements hanging around the property. We were asked for $$ from people in the lobby and by people who were coming up to our car.

The a/c was barely operable. The tv was ancient and the receptipn was horrible, nearly unwatchable. There was no other seating other than the bed. The rroilet aeat fell off of the toilet. Wifi is only available in the lobby.

Non smoking room smelled of smoke. WiFi didn't work.

They remodeled it sometime but did the absolute minimum to make the grade--new carpet. There was no room coffee. Bathroom remodeling was mostly left to original components. The staff acted like they really didn't want to do their job. Like they've "got the motel" but who cares about anything else.

The tv was had static in every channel. The mattress was extremely bumpy and there was a clinging noise coming from the wall the entire time.

when we first checked into this property the room they gave us was not ready the beds were not made the bathroom was dirty and the trash was not emptied had to call the front desk to let them now and all they said was they will send a housekeeper to fix it, when the housekeeper came she was not happy and she complained to another housekeeper about how bad it was and said that we are going to move you to another room. Both rooms by the way the doors for each door were very bad the door frames were so dilapidated that anybody could honestly just kick the door open the latches did not work and on the room they gave us which was an improvement over the first, the sliding door to the back did not lock and because the main door had a very weak latching system and locking mechanism I had to put a table up against the door just to feel safe that night. The refrigerator in the unit was in poor condition. The ice was so thick in the refrigerator also the television set was a flashback to the 1990s large TV sets, how disappointing.

Worst hotel ever. From poor checkin, room smelled of animal urine, to no towels in the room, to broken door/unable to open. Orbitz remove this property from your list.
