Rooms are new, clean and quiet. The bed is comfy. Breakfast is fresh and hot and they actually use REAL EGGS which is a big deal for me. Staff is very accommodating. I recommend this location highly if you are in the area.
We stayed here as easy access to Tahoe. We also wanted to go to Top Golf which was a 5 minute walk. We loved our stay, very comfortable, clean & friendly staff. Highly recommend this hotel if hanging with family. The breakfast was a bit chaotic but Jacci L. was so great & provided a delicious meal.
Recently spent six days at this new Residence Inn. Staff is top notch, with excellent customer service. New facility has great curb appeal, and interior design, especially in the rooms, is outstanding. Lots of amenities, and close to shopping, dining, and easy access from freeways and Interstate 80. A special shoutout to the hostess in the breakfast area, Jacci Luperine. Her smiling face, easy demeanor, and friendly manner made me look forward to breakfast every day. They use real china and silverware. Nice having that morning coffee in a nice China mug. This place checks all the boxes for comfort and customer service. Look forward to returning in the future.
Reading many great reviews and as a Titainium Elite member who travels quite often the front desk attitude and focus to customer satisfaction means alot. I am going to be staying at that property soon and i must commend Andrea at that property whom i talked to when making my accommodations and she was very helpful and pleasant to talk to. Thanks to help like i mentioned above i stay loyal to Marriott..
This is a fairly new property and may not show up on some GPS maps. In this area, which is quite a trek from the interstate, there are many redlight cameras to further add to the frustration of finding this place at night. Just beware the red light cameras can cost 470 bucks per infraction! On the plus side, you are near plenty of shopping and dining as well as the requisite Costco store. The hotel itself also new and nice, is well run and the breakfast was good. Knowing what I know now means we will look for a property closer top the Interstate. Just too much hassle for the "passing through" traveller to get there!
I have stayed here for 50 days and the attention to detail is great. The staff is wonderful in keeping up with all your needs and are very pleasant. The breakfast was a big plus with Jacci Luperine the shift manager over meals, there for your every need. She was so nice and caring that it was like family.
As a 20 year road warrior and Marriott vet, this is a top notch effort by this brand as it exemplifies Marriott business traveler experience. Stayed here for 2 week business trip, excellent all around. Check in: I arrived at 2A, front desk knew I was coming and had key and room ready despite I 80 shutdown and sell out situation. Front desk was excellent throughout stay, always responsive. Room: one bedroom suite, spacious, bright with modern furnishings and kitchen including SS appliances. They are brand new, tons of outlets, big flat screens, good wifi. Room 422 was quiet, never heard my neighbors. Breakfast: above average for this brand, good variety, waffles, egg whites, breakfast meats changed daily which is nice for longer stays. Lobby is big bright and clean. It's a great place to work and meet, lots of seating areas, fireplace and several TVs. Evening mixers: Mon thru Wednesdays, great experience. Super engaging hostess, good selection of snacks and drinks. They had a complimentary wine tasting one night. Staff; Excellent. Every staff member I encountered during my 2 weeks was smiling and said hello. Lauren from mgt team made this visit seamless. Location: Close to Rocklin shopping, Costco, Walmart. Target and dozens of other restaurants and stores. 20 minutes to Sacramento, 5 minutes to I80, an hour plus up to Tahoe. Tons of free parking, Top golf across street. Stay here!
It's so nice to stay in a new place. The check-in was friendly and and smooth. The room was clean and spacious. We stayed here just be close to Topgolf for a date night before a trek to Tahoe for a wedding. When we came back from golf/dinner at Topgolf, I jokingly said "where's my cookie?" to the person at the checkin counter (thinking of our stay at other marriott properties that had cookies in the evening...well, she pulled a package of cookies from under the counter, granted they were packaged, but they were a nice gesture and definitely appreciated. If we are back in the area we would definitely stay here again.
Had a reservation at this property for a weekend in town, found out via email the day of arrival we'd been relocated to one of their sister properties across the highway (TownePlace Suites). To our dismay, not only was the sister hotel a disappointment, the room we were given was much smaller, Queen size bed rather than the King bed we'd originally booked, and the room was located behind the elevator shaft. The actual headboard shared the elevator shaft wall. After about an hour hoping the night clerk could relocate us into a king room, which is necessary due to my fiance's height, we were moved into an even smaller room, but with a King bed (around 1am). We were not at all impressed with the hotel, and the clincher was that our friends whom we were traveling with were not moved from the original reservation at the new Residence Inn across the street, and were informed by the staff there that many guests were moved because they'd oversold the hotel. Little different story than the email I received claiming an unexpected construction/repair issue. I've stayed at Springhill Suites, another sister property across the highway, and have never encountered this type of inconvenience. I've waited over a month to post this review as the AGM at the Residence Inn had replied to my email correspondence about the hassle we'd endured and offered Marriott points to my account due to the sequence of unfortunate events. Not enough to cover the first night's stay which is what would've made it right, but nonetheless she made the offer. I've sent two subsequent emails to the AGM because no points were ever posted to my Marriott account. Not only did she not make good on the offer of points, she clearly can't be bothered with replying to either follow up emails I sent her. I stay in hotels weekly in Roseville/Rocklin for work and don't plan to recommend this hotel or the TownePlace property to anyone in the future. Looking forward to the Hilton property opening up next door, they seem to know how to treat their guests.
Loved my one night stay at this new property. Conveniently situated right off HWY 65 in Roseville near Top Golf. The lobby is very fresh and welcoming. The check in process was simple and fast. Front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful in finding a nearby eatery. The room was spacious and super clean. Bed was comfortable but I wish the pillows were a bit more firm. Breakfast in the morning was basic free breakfast hotel food but with plenty of choices from waffles to cold cereal to bagels etc. Eggs were not runny and the sausage had a nice spice to it. The coffee was great. Also liked the water dispenser in the lobby with added citrus. I would stay here again without hesitation.
