We’d stay here again.

The person who checked us in was so nice and friendly and was able to honor our request for a room away from the elevator. The room was spacious and clean with minimal road noise (although you could hear vehicles every once in a while). The bed was comfortable, the shower had ample pressure and good temperatures, and the breakfast was really good. We would stay here again if the need arises.

Unprofessional and shady front desk

When I checked in, they took a credit card but said nothing about charging it. About 30 minutes later, I got a notification that my card was charged. I talk to the manager, who tells me it is their policy to preauthorize for incidentals. I explain to him that charging someone's card without their consent or knowledge constitutes fraud. He seems entirely unconcerned, and refuses to at least give me a receipt/documentation. At checkout, again I ask for a receipt. Again, they refuse. 5 days later the charge is still pending. Additionally, they enrolled me in their umbrella companies rewards program, meaning they agreed to terms and conditions using my name and contact info. Again, fraud.

Great Staff & Comfy Room

We stayed here during a trip to help our daughter move into a new home in Roseville. The hotel was close to Highway 80 but far enough away that road noise was not an issue. The front desk staff was very welcoming, friendly, and professional, especially Ray who was on duty during our check-in. The room was clean and very comfortable. We will definitely come back again when we’re in the area.

Everything was fine except that the employee at the reception after midnight gave us a room key that didn't work. We had to go back at the reception to get another key. At that point the receptionist wasn't there for at least 10 minutes, not even for answering at the phone calls. Finally he arrived and without many excuses he gave us another key.
