This place was absolutely horrible. My room was not clean. Alot of homeless around the property. People living in motorhomes on site. Broken down cars and a motorcyle in the parking lot. Seemed like a place were people were living. Lots of cars and vans that obviously were being used for storage. Complete waste of money. Orbitz should be ashamed to be offering this crap place on their listing. Do not stay at this hotel. Complete crap and waste of money. Definitely not a place for children if you are traveling.

Orbitz should STOP listing dirty, noisy and unsafe hotels. You list everything and every place just to make money without taking the customers into consideration. Sure Stay is awful.

We’ve arrived into the hotel at 11:30pm, and were super tired, and no one was there to meet us at the reception, their system was down, and hotel I empty, we were waiting for almost an hour for someone to show up, and no one did, so I just booked another hotel and left.

Very average place

Room was GROSS! Dusty surfaces, sticky chair, hair all over the bathroom, black stains in the tub. Food stains everywhere (on the walls!) Heaping bags of smelly garbage all over the property, and even one leaning against our car! Very nasty and dirty everywhere. They charge about 10 times the price that this dump is worth. I was ignored by staff when I went to the lobby. They were fooling around and laughing/swearing at each other, complaining about the bad reviews the just received that day... Nearly $200 out the window for a night at this disgusting place.

Please take this seriously and DO NOT BOOK UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. We came from out of state to visit some friends a few towns away. There were drug dealers packed in the lobby. Literally felt like they were going to jump us and our three young kids. The hotel receptionist was scary to deal with and gave us an occupied room that clearly looked like someone was still living there! Everything was dirty and messy. We showed the room to the receptionist and she didn’t seem to care. She just said if it’s a problem, go somewhere else. We requested a full refund since we didn’t feel comfortable staying there. She said she would refund our deposit and the full amount we paid for the room but would take 2 hours to appear in our bank account. It has been one month, and still no refund for anything. I tried calling the hotel since I clearly can’t just show up and request the refund again in person since we’re out of state, no budge whatsoever. No one answers the calls. Nothing. I am not on a phone call with orbitz for the 4th time this week and still nothing. Lost my money. Wasted my time. Please, I am warning you, this hotel is not worth it no matter how much money you are trying to save. Biggest regret all year.

The place was very dirty. The room was so dirty I had to get a refund on my room. I wouldn’t never go to this place again.

Where the original front office used to be was locked with a padlock and chain. I had to ask a little girl passing by where the office was located. The "lobby" was in the Indian restaurant next door. As soon as I walked into the "lobby" it smelled like an Indian restaurant. The restaurant didn't appear to be in use. The spa was cordoned off with caution tape as if it were a crime scene. The walls in the room were dirty with spots and stains. As I walked by the rooms, people sat outside of their rooms smoking. Most of the air conditioning units dripped. And I found a half eaten candy bar underneath the air conditioning unit inside the room.

Place was not too clean

I arrived, the room was paid for but they asked me for a CC anyway for an apparent $ 100 deposit. That skipped my attention when I reserved so I wanted to know what it was for? The clerk had no explanation, only it is normal... Huuuhh? So I pressured a bit because in the past I had a lot of negative experience with deposits. Here comes the manager, opulent with lots of tatoos up to her chin... She explained it was a deposit for in case I carried out the TV... whaaaat?? Now I work in the hotel industry and know that every hotel carries insurance for damages as well as theft. A deposit is a joke and not necessary. But apparently in Sacramento this is a common practice. Now the tatoo throws me out of the hotel because of asking some questions. She could not answer me neither how they back charge and when. I was more worried about my stuff after I saw her and the gangland guests with heavy silverchains and crosses and black dressed. I did not get my money back neither because I think the manager wanted to punish me like a little child, seems to be the practice in that place. But, she did'nt realize that this reservation was all but a mistake on my part because I don't nermally stay in dumps like that. My shoes cost more than she makes on a 2 week pay!! By the way the pictures on the internet don't match the reality and it is far from downtown. The last thing is the Afghanistan restaurant inside with the arab writing all over the walls.... that really did me in!!!

Stayed here a few times before and loved it. This last trip as very disappointing!! Room gross! Appears to have become a weekly motel with tons of junk cars and questionable people. Poor parking lot lighting and very limited parking close to room. I was concerned about leaving my car there. Employee checking us in was too busy answering the phone to acknowledge a paying customer. Room was gross. Water damage on ceiling and chair and sheets had very noticeable stains. Will never stay here again.

There was no hot water and they have not started up the buffet breakfast. It’s actually a really nice hotel. Clean and safe.

Staff was very cool and friendly make us feel at home very clean and quiet
