We arrived after midnight, the property is very dark and not well lit at night. We felt unsafe. The room we were given was disgusting and had a terrible odor. There were stains in places there should not be. The tub was filthy on the outside. I asked for another room and the staff did so without question, but that room was also dirty. It too had an awful odor and the bathrub was gross. I would not have showered in that tub with shower shoes on. My son and I didn't stay, never even got comfortable. I had to find another hotel.

Front desk lady was rude. Rooms smelled moldy. Sheets were not changed. There was a half roll of toilet paper. Supoose to be a non smoking hotel. My room and surrounding rooms and area smelled like weed.

The room itself was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good, with a fairly wide range of choices, but they don't have enough tables in the fairly big dining room -- I had to stand in the middle of an empty space for the first half of my meal. The neighborhood is not so nice though. My walk to the store was unnerving.

If you’re looking for a clean hotel this is it, SUPER clean. If you’re looking for fancy, fancy this is NOT it. The breakfast was just okay but for the price and location I would say overall GREAT bargain!

not good first night saw hookers and pimp and a crack head near my room … this was a terrible stay and terrible location. Just got worse as the days past!!!!! never ever will i stay here again !!! Not clean at all!!! Run down and sad that Best Western represents them.

Upon check in our room beds had stains on them. We told the front desk clerk and he switched the room. The new room had the same issue so he suggested a new room. The property location is OK. Not too far from the main stay in the area. Breakfast ends too early, so at 9am, I wasn't even able to get fruit nor drink! The beds are squeaky and noisy! The mattress doesn't stay in place. Room 112 needs a NEW toilet seat! The current one does not fit the toilet, so you sit on BOTH the seat and the toilet! The room has lots of flies! The staff was pleasant but seemed very tired and sluggish
