Do NOT stay here -I paid Orbitz for my two nights stay & the hotel also double charged me for a night and they will not return my money! I called the hotel when I got home and first realized they had charged me when I had already paid Orbitz and they said they would refund me but they never did then when I called back I can’t get anyone to answer my questions.

Love the property location

I really enjoyed that there were things around to occupy the teenagers that were with us as well as keeping us adults entertained

My room wasn’t ready at 3. When I went back at 4 we got a handicap room- not what I reserved. Location was great. Towels were awful thin and not even quality I would use to wash my car. When I called front asking for more towrls they told me I could come get them at front desk. I thought housekeeping should deliver.

Great location and friendly staff. The room was clean but showed some wear and tear. Our bathroom sliding door was missing a handle and it was difficult to slide. Overall it was a enjoyable stay and great staff.

The parking situation needs to be addressed; It took more than 40 minutes to find parking. There is little space for hotel patrons. The staff stated that we should be able to find parking easily in the adjacent parking area or parking garage. It took searching through 3 parking garages and two lots until I finally found a place to park.

Stayed 3 nights and enjoyed amenities & location

Great location. Close to dining and shopping. Actually many dining options were in walking distance.
