Servers in the seafood restaurant need lots of training and better attitude; staff in the buffet restaurant were excellent though. The check out process can be improve by having one front desk staff at check out hours to expedite the service.

We thought the room and check in service was good and easy. Unfortunately the timeshare push and the food were terrible. The festival drinks had little to no alcohol and the resort had a very generic feel to it. We ended out trip here a week early and opted for another resort not too far away. I was her unimpressed with the food and some of the service and n the restaurants. The buffet restaurant and sunrise are set up to feel like fine dining but the quality is severely lacking. The plus comes from the nice rooms. They are clean, quiet and comfy.

I really enjoyed our stay at this property. The food was good, the service was good. My only thing we paid for ocean view king rooms and we did not receive that; my view was of the roof top restaurant and my daughters room view was of a wall. I will stay here again next year but hopefully we will get our ocean views that we will pay for.
