People on the beach walking up trying to peddle crap to you. Then the timeshare people inside. The property is older and needs maintenance. Our room never got below 76.

Disappointing. This isn’t for a relaxing adult vacation. The pool area was jammed packed and you were lucky to find a lounge chair. Weird system to trade a card for a towel and at times you had to wait for a clean towel. The only two restaurants require reservations yet the restaurants are only half full. This was every night. The food at the Mexican restaurant was tasteless and I did not return after the only night I visited there. The seafood restaurant was better but you had to make your reservation early in the morning. There were only a few items at the buffet that were edible. The AC in the room did not cool the room enough so I was happy that I packed my little portable fan. Staff at the front desk, customer service and concierge were rude and unhelpful.

I like it over all however I do wish they had more entertainment. Pool areas seemed a bit boring at times with music so low or at times no music. Also same type of music all time, wish more Mexican music was played. Room was nice in size and clean but bed and pillows were so hard and stiff and gave me back pain. When I got there I didn’t really get any welcome from anyone. So I was a bit lost on what to do as far as checking in. I wish they can check in earlier than 3pm. I had to wait 2hr 30 in order to get my room. One night it was all Asian food and I do not eat that type of food so I got stuck with a few pieces of pizza and bit of salad. They should consider not all people eat that. Place is kept clean and overall good place to go with family. I would stay there again but please more music, activities better food options

We absolutely love this hotel & staff. Very convenient to walk around, nice little shops nearby great choices at the restaurant. Been coming here for 25 years, stayed at a few different hotels and this one is the top of our list.

This is a cozy property with beautiful views and vibes. The people (especially Gustavo and Nolberto) are the reason for the five stars. The room and all areas are super clean and the landscaping well-maintained. The food was yummy! The only cons are the beach (horrible) and the music at the pool (soft, lounge “covers” of American Pop). If you want to chill by the pool and relax, this place is for you!!

The Mediterranean restaurant was good. We did mot try the Mexican restaurant because it had little options for meals. The pool staff was very accommodating, and fun and pleasant. The Activities staff was not real engaging and when trying to play beach volleyball, they were no help! Overall vibe is chill and relaxing. Always able to find beach chairs, though security is right on it if you leave your chair/belonging for more than 15 mins! Yes...15 mins! Enjoyed our stay but would not return...sad sad rocky beach!

Been almost 20 years since we’d been to Mexico. First time in an all inclusive. Property was nice. Pool was very crowded each day. Food was ok. Service was weak. Probably because we passed on the upsells. We forgot how pushy street vendors were as well. Likely will not be back.

The overall property was nice and comfortable. The front desk staff were not very friendly. I made an error with my booking and the explanation of the adjust the funds wasn't clearly communicated. They also ran out of water bottles and when we asked for more in our room they told us they only provide water once (3 somewhat bottles) one for each of us. The Caribbean night was fun and the food was pretty good.
