Our Family Vacation

Our stay at the property again was excellent. Everything was as stated in the listing and we had fast responses to any questions from the host. The Location was close to Disney and so shops. We enjoyed all of the amenities at the water park. I would definitely recommend the property and will stay back here again on a return trip!!

Great property and enjoyed the vacation home.

We had 18 in our party and we had plenty of room for everyone without feeling crowded throughout the entire week. The pictures are accurate and the house was very clean when we got in. We appreciate the fully stocked kitchen and we had plenty of towels for everyone.

Large Family stay for Disney world

Rented the house for a big group of family to go to Disney world. Very close to the parks and a good layout of bedrooms for the group. Would stay again

Thanksgiving away and a birthday

We are a large group of family that chose to go to Florida to celebrate a birthday and Thanksgiving in the warmth and sunshine. Because of the size of our group (13), it’s not always easy to find a place to accommodate us altogether with enough space so we can have some privacy too. This home was spacious and had things to do too! There was plenty of silverware, plates, and coffee cups for all of us. Most of what we needed was there for us to have meals including traditional Thanksgiving dinner, which was enjoyed by all! Having a table where we could eat and play games was wonderful and allowed for all of us to be together. Having the pool was a godsend for all of us but definitely enjoyed frequently by our two young grandsons! A couple minor inconveniences (water in showers didn’t get more than warm, can opener needs to be replaced, outdoor lights weren’t working) couldn’t deter from all the joy and fun that was had by all!

Comfortable house for a group

We organized a reunion of friends, and the house was perfect for our large group. There was ample space for everyone, with comfortable beds and several living spaces for everyone to hang out. Unfortunately, the pool was not heated as requested, but the property management promptly refunded the fee we had paid for heating the pool. We were instead able to enjoy the resort amenities, which included a heated pool and water slides that were fun for the kids. The house had some basic necessities (small bottles of shampoo and body wash, dish soap (but no pods for the dishwasher), and laundry detergent). There were no food basics (oil, salt, spices, coffee), so we did need to bring in all consumables, and we also purchased hand soap and some kitchen towels so that we weren't only relying on paper towels. (It wasn't an issue for us, but just to note for planning purposes.) Check-in and check-out were very easy, and the property management was very responsive with all communications and in answering questions in advance. All in all, we had a great stay and would certainly stay again if we come back to the Orlando area.

fantastic disney HQ

We had a family gathering in Orlando and spent three days at the parks. This house, the location, and the owner made it all perfect! Comfy beds, plenty of space, so close to the parks. Highly recommend it! They even had a high chair and crib for the baby. Made traveling so much easier.

Spacious, some amenities lacking

The spaciousness of the house was a big plus as we were a multi family. Poor communication surrounding the conditions of the hot tub not working(which was never fixed). Glass front door was broken. Pool stick was broken, additional stick was never brought out. These things were communicated but were never fixed or replaced. Additionally clothing drawers are worned and should be replaced. Closet door in master room to the right we had to fix. And pots and pans should be thrown away. They were in terrible condition! I would highly recommend speaking to someone about enforcing Noise ordinance. We called the police multiple nights on loud music, and screams at 2am!

Amazing

The house was amazing the kids loved the pool area. It was close to all the shop’s,restaurants,food,parks, and also grocery stores! Only problem was the ice maker really didn’t make enough ice for the amount of people we had so we bought a bag no biggie. Also one the teenagers sat in a chair and almost fell one of the legs was missing screws,but other than that I would definitely book again in the future!!

Family Vacation June 2023

Loved this space! Conveniently located to shopping, necessities, and Disney. Very clean, and spacious. We're a large group and we generally travel with family size pans (from experience) and we needed them. This rental has plenty of dishes but needs more pots & pans. Pictures show some things that are missing currently, no basketball game, no game system, no grill, and the pool table is a mini. Kids rooms don't have TVs but the TV in the upstairs common area was great for our group. There is only one Teepee in the kids room now. That was a bummer for one of our two 4 year olds. Bring power strips, the rooms are good sized but some either have hidden outlets or outlets that are far away from bedside. The host is great! Very responsive, and quick to try to solve issues. We needed additional bath clothes and they took care of this within the hour of contact. The pool light does not stay on, the host sent someone to work on it but this wasn't solved before we departed. The pool light is a necessity bc it is dark on the patio at night for young swimmers. We were disappointed not to have a grill. The pictures show one but I believe this is not allowed. The property is great, has lots to do for the kids and a shuttle to take you around at no cost. Entry gate is a challenge; code/bar scan never worked but the security button works every time. Overall great stay, we would stay again. I've submitted some issues to the host not mentioned here. Inconveniences but wouldn't ruin your vaca.

Great family vacation

We had a family vacation with four families and it was perfect! Plenty of room and all the rooms were so cool! Very clean and easy access into the house. A few issues with the pool heater but they were very accommodating and had someone out as soon as I messaged them. Overall a great stay! Will stay here again!

Great for big family

Overall the house met all our needs. The only complaint we would have is that description said heated pool. When I asked about it to make sure it was I was told you have to pay $30 per day. It was warm when we checked in at 4 pm but was cut off Mon at 4 pm even though we were still there until tues at 10 am. Very disappointing for us for mon night as it was cold in FL!

Nice stay!!

The house was beautiful with many rooms. The family enjoyed the stay, we did arrive at the house a little early and was met by the maintenance guy, who told us because we’re early he couldn’t do a walk through with us on check in, but everything turned out okay. The house was close to everything we needed, food, shopping and much more.

Great stay!

House was clean and spacious. The owner was very accommodating and responsive. Had an issues with the pool and contacted the owner, he had someone over to fix it within a few hours. Would highly recommend.

We stayed in April 2022 Pictures are 100% accurate. Great layout especially for large families. All rooms are appointed nicely and mattresses in bedrooms are high quality. Close to everything in Orlando. We would definitely come back Thank You!
