Welcome to Keauhou Lani, an exquisite private residence located in the desirable gated community of Keauhou Estates.

Step into the grand entry of Keauhou Lani's 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathrooms, 4,750 sq. ft. home plus, 1,700 sq. ft. covered lanai complete with views of Keauhou Bay and Kona. The Country Club's “Mountain" golf course is situated just below our pool, but not to worry, the course has been closed for years and expect lots of privacy and peace & quiet. The house is positioned at an ideal 400 ft. elevation for sunshine and comfortable trade winds.

Amenities include the splendid pool & spa, custom furnishings, beautifully crafted wooden ceiling enclaves and a lower level private primary bedroom, where you may be tempted to hideaway and soak in the tub at the end of your day. The gourmet indoor kitchen is a Chef's dream with granite countertops, cherry cabinets and all the tools you need to make a simple meal or an epicurean delight. LUVA Concierge can secure a private Chef for you and your guests.

The lanai features ample covered dining space for eight people and outdoor seating areas for cocktails and conversation for up to 12.

The amazing primary suite features a king size bed, walk-in closet, tub. Located on the lower level floor. This primary suite is completely private from the rest of the home with it's own lanai. The second, third and fourth bedrooms are located on the third floor. Bedroom #2 features a king size bed and has its own private bathroom while bedrooms #3 and #4 each contains a queen size bed and share a bathroom. From the top floor, there is a separate entrance with access to the pool and lanai areas, as well as the driveway, making for convenient luggage transfer.

The sunny Kona district is known for it's clear waters and historic Hawaiian landmarks such as the Hulihe’e Palace, Moku’aikaua Church and Ahu’ena Heiau, about 8 miles south of the Keahole-Kona Airport. Kona is also known for it's famous deep-sea fishing which, annually hosts the International Billfish Tournament in August. The world championship triathlon race, Ironman, takes place here in Kona in October. 100% Kona coffee is exclusively grown in north and south Kona, take a tour, it's very interesting. Wonderful Ocean View Home!

The home was very nice and the communication was excellent. This place has beautiful ocean views, and listening to all the birds in the beautiful landscaped yard was wonderful! great. There are a lot of stairs to the front door and inside the home, if you have anyone that would struggle with stairs it might be a bit much for them. We really enjoyed the tv room for watching sport (March Madness!). The property is very secure and in a gated community which was great. We appreciated all the extra in the home and pool items outside

Family Vacation

The house was perfect for our family of 7. It is even more beautiful in person. Everyone had their own space when needed. The house is ideal for large families. We spent most of our time on the large lanai and pool area. There was rarely a time that we weren’t out enjoying the pool and the views. The home is stocked with games, pool activities and household necessities. The management company could not have been more responsive and thorough. It was a great experience in a beautiful home.

Perfect Experience

This property exceeded all of our expectations. From the breathtaking ocean views to the stunning, roomy and well equipped home, this rental was everything our family of 7 had hoped for. My family was ecstatic with our stay in this beautiful home. It was more than we imagined and could have spent our entire vacation just hanging out at the home. It was very spacious and clean, and provided ample room for my husband and I and our (4) kids (young adults and teens). We enjoyed beautiful sunsets sitting on the lanai and while swimming in the pool in the evening, which was amazing. The entire lower floor of the house is a huge primary suite which includes a dressing room and a laundry room. We never dreamed of staying somewhere so beautiful and are thankful to the owners who are willing to share their piece of paradise with others. The house is in a gated community and is very close to many shopping areas, including downtown Kona. You will not be disappointed.

What a wou place to stay

Thank you to the owner of this property for sharing such a beautiful home. The view from the lania and pool area is just so amazing, I could just stay there all day and soak it up. The management company met us there on arrival and walk us through the home which was appreciated. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would.

As beautiful as the photos!

We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary on the big island with our three adult children. The property manager Gabbie met us at the house to show us the amazing property and explain the details. We had contacted a private chef who cooked a fabulous surprise birthday dinner for our son our first night in the house. (Highly recommend Max and Austin!!!) The pool and hot tub were perfect and we used the grill a few nights. The stores and restaurants located five minutes away were not only convenient but very nice for groceries, meals and last minute souvenirs! Location was great for day trips to coffee farms and the spa and beaches. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this outstanding property!

We had a lovely week

The house is absolutely beautiful, the pictures don’t do it justice. The layout is a little weird since the house is built into the hill, with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom on the top floor where you can enter, then the main floor and then on the lowest level is the master suite. The kitchen is well appointed. We spent most of our time on the lanai and in the pool. We would absolutely stay again.

Phenomenal home + location!

This home far exceeded every expectation and preconception we had before arrival. We spent almost all our awake time on the amazing shaded lanai by the pool/hot tub when we were not out doing tourist stuff. The built-in Sonos throughout the house and the whale viewing were added bonuses. Yesterday we watched one whale, not far off-shore, breach at least 10 times in the space of five minutes. If we come back to the Big Island we’d love to stay here again.

What an amazing home! We were thrilled to spend 12 days in this fantastic residence. Great location, spotlessly clean, well appointed and flat-out beautiful views. Our contact Gabbie was very helpful and pleasant. She met us upon arrival, giving us a quick but thorough overview of the home and we were sitting by the pool taking in the breathtaking views in no time. It was as if we had our own high-end resort. Paradise Found!

Our family rented this beautiful home for 2 weeks. The views are incredible and the home is very nice and comfortable. It is well stocked and appointed. The beds were very comfortable as was the furniture. The huge lanai offers lots of seating with a poolside and 180 degree ocean view. The property manager was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We will definitely be back to once again rent this amazing home in an awesome location and in a secure gated community.

Amazing place!!

This was the most wonderful house! Waking up to a beautiful view of the ocean every day was heaven. The primary bedroom and bathroom were phenomenal. The pool and hot tub were amazing and the temperature in them was perfect all week. We hardly left the house. Was definitely the most relaxing vacation, even with a 4 and 7 year old. Working with Adriana was exceptional. She was helpful and professional. She gave us the name of a personal shopper for groceries before we got there. Was so helpful!!

Amazing property

First thing you need to know about this place is that every evening you have an amazing view of the sunset right from the pool or lanai. My wife and I brought our three children and my parents and there was plenty of room for everyone. All the basic supplies were plentiful (paper towels, tp, detergent,cleaning supplies). Kitchen has everything you need to make some great meals. The neighborhood is great. All high end houses, guard house. Very secure. We could live here, no problem. The view is stunning, house is great. There are a lot of stairs, which was the only complaint from my 70+ year old parents, but no one else seemed to mind. If you are looking for an amazing rental in Kona this is it. Ten minutes from Ali'i Drive which is the main "boardwalk" along the ocean with shops and plenty of places to eat. A couple hours from the volcano. Can't say enough about how great this place is. Highly recommend. Communication with Adraina and Yuki was great. Quick response if an issue came up or we needed a recommendation on a place to eat after we landed.
