Hay una gran piscina climatizada con una lujosa terraza para tomar el sol y una hermosa zona de césped para tomar el sol o actividades deportivas adicionales sin multitudes. El acceso a la playa está a solo unos pasos después de salir del edificio. Hay 4 canchas de tenis Har-Tru, así como bocci y shuffleboard.

Alquilamos de sábado a sábado, excepto los meses de verano. Además, nuestra asociación de condominios requiere un mínimo de 7 días de alquiler.

Restaurantes, atención médica, farmacia CVS, puerto deportivo, alquiler de kayak están al otro lado de la calle. También hay una distancia fácil de caminar 7-11. El tranvía de la playa cuesta solo 50 centavos (25 centavos de la tercera edad) y lo llevará de un extremo a otro de la playa y al parque Lovers Key varias millas más adelante. Hay un supermercado en la isla a 2 millas de nuestro complejo. Hay una iglesia católica y varias iglesias protestantes en la isla.
Cocine en las parrillas de gas gratuitas en la cubierta en el piso inferior de nuestro edificio. Desde su balcón, vea muchas especies de aves coloridas para ver, como pelícanos, garcetas, águilas pescadoras y garzas, así como delfines nadando en las olas.
NOTA: Tenga en cuenta la diferencia entre las vistas de nuestra unidad y algunas de las otras unidades también anunciadas en VRBO. No tiene que mirar de lado para tener vistas al agua.

Realice caminatas temprano en la mañana, por la tarde o al atardecer en la arena de esta hermosa playa. Pare en uno de los muchos restaurantes variados frente al mar a lo largo del bulevar. Disfrute de cenas o cócteles en sus terrazas junto al golfo con vista a la playa. ¡Las puestas de sol en la playa son demasiado hermosas para describirlas!

Hay algo para todos. Caza conchas en la playa, juega al golf o al tenis, nada en el Golfo de México o simplemente "vete" a la piscina climatizada. Una de nuestras actividades favoritas es disfrutar del desayuno, el almuerzo o la cena en el balcón cubierto mientras disfruta de las hermosas vistas de la playa y las puestas de sol. El Wyndham Gardens Hotel está a solo 4-5 minutos a pie de la playa. Su Pinchers Grill es un gran bar Tiki al aire libre que sirve cerveza, bebidas mixtas y comida. El bar Outrigger Tiki también está a poca distancia de Pinchers. También hay una serie de buenos restaurantes y bares al otro lado de la calle en Santini Plaza.

My wife and I wanted a Christmas getaway, and the stay at this condo in Fort Myers was great choice. The host made checking in and out a breeze. The actual condo itself was in great condition and we enjoyed being able to use the beach chairs and umbrella. The condo had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Would definitely look at staying here again in the future.

Once again our stay did not disappoint! This was our 2nd time staying in this condo since July (2025). The condo was very clean and provides everything you need for a day at the beach to all the cooking supplies if you decide to make it a night "in". The view from the balcony is priceless. We saw more salt water life activity than ever: dolphin, manatee, schools of fish, and the shelling on this end of the island was so much fun. The south end of the island is quiet and tranquil which is perfect for us. Across the street is Santini Plaza, shops are open and I was told a restaurant or two are coming soon! We will be back and we already cannot wait!

We just can’t say enough about this beautiful property. We spent a whole lot of time on the balcony. Every morning we watched dolphin swim by along & pelicans & all other kinds of birds. The beach is fantastic. Calming, still blue and green water ruffling on shore with all kinds of sandpipers & other birds playing in the water. The hosts are fantastic. Their communication is unbelievably quick when you have questions. They make sure that you have every possible thing that you could need and make the process very simple, if not enjoyable. The unit has absolutely everything you could possibly need. Plenty of clean, soft towels, not to mention the very soft bedsheets! Spices and condiments were already in the kitchen.I always worry about the bed when we go away and I had absolutely no trouble sleeping on this king-size bed.Everything is a very short drive. Great restaurants to select from… All of which were very good. Mr. Waves Island Bar was our favorite breakfast spot. Great, friendly waitresses/bartenders made every visit enjoyable and rewarding.There is a separate a/c unit provided in the master bedroom, which was absolutely wonderful. We like the room quite cool when we’re sleeping & this kept things the perfect temperature. The sunsets are absolutely to die for especially when dolphins go happily flipping through. We absolutely will stay here again, & if you choose to stay there, you won’t be disappointed.

It’s great to see FMB coming back to life. Still no restaurants on the South End, but a new coffee shop has opened at Santini plaza. The host is easy to communicate with and the view from this property is spectacular. Everything you need to have a wonderful vacation is right there.

Everything you need including beach accessories. Loved the view from the balcony. Pool was great. Close to dining and groceries. September was very peaceful. Not busy. Owner was excellent to work with.

Really enjoyed our stay. The view was super. The rental was fully stocked with everything we needed except for food...Publix about 2.4 miles, CVS right down the street. Beach chairs, noodles, umbrellas, etc all supplied. AC worked great and rental was in great shape. My wife and her friend will be back in a week for a girl's trip.

Amazing! Incredible! Beautiful! Stunning

I cannot say enough awesome things about our stay. The condo was everything we expected and more. The VIEW! The view is breathtaking! We had everything we needed for an absolute perfect stay! Mike was very easy to communicate with from the initial reservation to the minute we left the property. We have stayed at EBTC for 4 years now, and this year we had an experience that gave us memories that will last a lifetime. We are already planning to schedule for next July. Beautiful view

Very relaxing and condo has everything you need. Wagon helps take everything to the ocean has umbrellas and beach toys. The pool is warm. Fort Myers Beach is still under construction. They’re working on bringing the sand back.

The view of the water and sunsets were beautiful. We understand that the renewal of the beach is needed but weren't pleased that they worked all night long. Also, there was a toilet leak that was an inconvenience but those type of things happen. We were pleased with communication with Mike and also enjoyed the restaurants and quietness of the south end of the island

We have been visiting EBTC for years. This is far and away the best unit we have ever stayed in. The view is great from the 11th floor. The unit is fully equipped from the kitchen to the beach. The owners are super responsive. The south end is coming back slowly but surely. Already booked for 2026!

This condo is wonderful - all things you need and very well maintained. View is gorgeous as promised! Mike was a great host and we plan to go back when weather is a little warmer than it was during our January stay. We had a great time and this condo is perfect for a couple's getaway.
