Loves the view! The air conditioning is only good if you are in kitchen area. I have copd and it was very warm in bedroom area which me breathing uncomfortable for me. Would still go back and request same room. Everyone there was very helpful and polite.

The property was super cute and small. The room was oddly shaped but for the price it was okay. The only bad thing is the hotel is in renovation and there’s some type of street construction that didn’t allows us to leave the property one of the days. But it’s manageable. I just wish the property would have moved us away from the street construction noise and the hotel renovation noise because sleeping in was a bit difficult. But overall it was a nice small hotel.

The only pleasant things were, free bottled water, a cute beach bag, coffee and steps from the beach The hotel was double the price it shoyld have been! My room was dark & dingy ( nothing like the on line photo's) I paid a resort fee and the pool was full of adults drinking ( there was an over 18 pool also, go in that one!) My kids didn't want to go in) The lobby had a bad smell and the TV was blasting! My husband had to fix our toilet ( no water in the tank) Not the hotel's fault but horrific road construction going on for about a mile outside the hotel There is nothing nearby the hotel, no cafe's, ice cream stores, bars... A Publix is about a half mile away. The photo's look much better on-line! Don't know how this hotel got such good ratings! Overpriced and very disappointed

They need to communicate to the guests that there is only one building with an elevator. What I was told was that the building that has the elevator is beach view not ocean front. Since we paid for an ocean view room we had to carry everything up 3 flights of stairs!!!

Nice and quiet. Loved being able to walk out directly onto the beach and enjoy the sun set

Very accommodating and perfect for families. Just wish there was a continental breakfast and free umbrellas and lawn chairs. What are people to do spending money every day for that?

It is old school Florida! Right down the the turquoise and pink decor!

It’s on the beach, but beach chairs should provided. It’s an extra charge for chairs if you want them for the beach in front of hotel. Some of the front desk staff are argumentative and rude.

Love the location, the pool, the people, the property, the grilling ability! Love it all!

Shuffle Board y the pool was a nice touch! Loved the coffee and water stations

Easy to find great room location near everything will return

older property but very clean and well maintained. We had a beach view unit and looked our directly on the beach. This part of the island is not crowded.

Access to beach is a plus. Food options lot available near by.

Beautiful beachfront property, the rooms are really nice, the poolside rooms have great view of the pool area and the ocean, huge balcony and beautiful kitchen!!

This was our second stay. We love the beach and the pools, especially the adults only pool! Our only issues were that the room doors were particularly loud when they closed around us, and the pans in the kitchen aren’t non-stick so it was bit difficult to cook eggs for breakfast. Otherwise it was a great stay again, and I’m sure we will be back!
