I told Hyatt Place Customer Service that I would be arriving late but when I got to the hotel, they said my reservation was deleted because of a late check in and that they would not reinstate the reservation. Then the front desk lady laughed in my face when I expressed my frustration. All around bad approach when the result is someone is effectively left homeless after a four hour drive to Dallas.

There is not enough financial effort from Hyatt to help this hotel. The microwave was missing the plate and not cleaned. The dishwasher had 2-3 inches of water just sitting there. The freezer which I needed to use looks like it was never defrosted with a mountain of ice.

Room was clean and beds were comfortable. The place is not fancy by any means but breakfast was great and the lady that worked breakfast was extremely nice.
