Great location for our univerisity visit. Staff is very friendly and the room very spacious and clean.
The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel was located close to Centennial Hall. We were, however, disappointed that the website said room service was available but it wasn't. The dining information on the television had 3 dining menus with hours listed, but when we called we were told they didnt have room service. Very misleading. There was no hot water in the room. Waking up in the morning to a lukewarm shower was quite unpleasant.
Great hotel, great staff, good location
I liked the location. The hotel and my room was very clean and the staff was nice and friendly. Very welcoming
This hotel was very noisy. We had a room that faced the atrium. At the bottom of the atrium was the lobby. The noise from the lobby just echoed up to our room. There were several college teams staying at the hotel for various events. They congregated in the lobby. On Saturday morning, we were woke up at 7 am by kids playing in the lobby. The kids weren’t screaming or anything just playing but the sound just echos up to the rooms above that atrium. I would recommend a room not facing the lobby.
Newly remodeled. It was clean and quiet. The hotel was close to a lot of places to eat too!
Great ..... .... ...... .......... ............ 👍👍
Don’t stay here! It’s in the middle of a construction war zone! No advance warning while booking... Loud construction out the window 15’ away at 7am Sunday morning! Lobby being renovated as well without advance warning! Looks filthy as you enter the front lobby.
Major construction in progress. Reception area, Lounge in disarray. We would have stayed elsewhere had we been alerted. The room was fine. Only one decaf & one regular coffee packet for the machine.
Excellent location if visiting The University of Arizona...just step across the street. They are currently remodeling. The renovated rooms are gorgeous, although we disnt have one of them. We had to navigate around the construction, but at least they were doing it when it was quiet...before school started back up. They've hoping to be ready soon after school opens. Overall, a great place to stay in Tuscon.
Nicely located to university. Great staff.this was our second stay.
While the location to everything is great we were extremely disappointed with this stay. 1st. Construction adjacent to the front door and the pile up of valet made check in very difficult, we had to circle the block while the other checked in. 2nd the front desk staff was challenging at check in had to go to back office to get answers to simple questions. They also failed to provide information about parking and the need for a permit. 3rd hotel is under construction which was not disclosed. One of the two elevators was being retrofitted which left 1 lift for the whole place, stop after stop after stop. The one elevator that was operating the wood rail inside fell off twice while we were using it. 4th. The room was nice but the mattress passed its useful life a long time ago, the center was so soft we both rolled to the center throughout the night 5th. The Hvac rattled and didn’t keep room cool, they were quick to respond when we called front desk and the rest of the room was ok 6th. Room service order was incorrect. We ordered breakfast on the door hanger. 7th. The spa area was disgusting, cigarette butts all around and clumps of hair floating around the spa. 8th the bar staff was not very helpful, always out of things and had to go “get” them from somewhere else. Once they had everything for a Bloody Mary those were pretty good So in closing, I am disappointed in our stay. The negatives outway the positives and we won’t be back.
Good Hotel, i like here... good room condition. But parking location is confusing
convenient location and clean but noisy due to construction, only one elevator. TV didn't work and bathtub did not drain.
