Overall this is a great place to stay! Just outside of Sedona, with easy access to the west side of the town, and very close to Cottonwood. Very private, and a very pretty landscape. The only downside was the mattress (advertised as a queen but was definitely a full-size) was very well used and uncomfortable.

I love this property. It's my third time staying. The little cottages are so adorable. It might be getting a little dated but it doesn't bother me at all. I really like that it is away from the city and feels secluded but still located only about 10 to 15 minutes away from everything.

Beautiful cottage and Great Views!

Beautiful private cottage was excellent for quick getaway! Kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to prep and cook simples meals. Only drawback was a small trail of ants. Despite that, we will be definitely return for future visits!

I would have given a 5 star as it was a lovely stay until the day of my checkout I went for a sunrise hike to be back by 830am to find the lock on my door was deactivated with ALL my belongings inside! Checkout is at 11! I had to wave down an employee driving a golf cart to unlock my room so I could gather my stuff and get on the road. I find this very unacceptable..it was a first for me while traveling..never felt like just another person to get in and get out as fast as possible.
