the set up of the cottages is pretty cool, really liked the pool and Hot Tub,, needs a bar and a general store though, a little dark at night when you are trying to get in

It's like having you own home! Super well equipped and very silent! Loved it!

It was quiet and well maintained. The staff was very nice. It was just a short drive from the main attractions of Sedona

Reminds me of a tiny house. Main reason I booked was for full kitchen which turned out great. Unit was clean & as comfortable as a tiny house can provide. I’m a small person so I enjoyed it. But I can see how it might be cramped for someone larger. Location was close to hiking trails and not too far from Sedona town center.

Perfect place to stay in Sedona. Away from the downtown area. Place was beautiful. Villa was nice for the two of us. Had a pull out couch so if traveling with 2 kids would be okay. Would not be my choice if traveling with another couple

I absolutely fell in love with this place. My best friend flew in and we wanted to have a girls weekend. We had an amazing time here. Great little bungalows with everything you could need to the awesome huge hot tub. Check in was a breeze. The ladies at check in were very sweet. We had dinner at the restaurant on the resort and it was such a wonderful experience. Absolutely delicious food and comfortable atmosphere. I seriously can’t say enough good things about this place. I can’t wait to bring my family next time. Definitely will be back!

The property offered full equipped kitchen to cook. Although, the space is a little tight we had the comfort of a kitchen, nice views, privacy and a lot of amenities around the property such as ping pong, putt putt golf, pool and hot tubs. The place needs some new technology since we were picking a DVD movie at the front desk to watch at night with the kiddos but at the same time it was very interesting for them to know how we used to watch movies in the early 2000's.

Nice clean property. Everything inside is older and outdated. Felt like our stay was back in the 80’s. Very limited wifi. CD movie player slow. The outside area is nice and well kept. Laundry facilities are 4 star. Jacuzzi area was full every evening so never got a chance to try out. Nice basketball court, but balls flat. Overall nice clean stay.

Location has a bit distance from downtown Sedona but it is quiet and able to away from daily life.

Easy drive outside the hubbub of downtown Sedona. Grounds are pretty with large trees and many ponds/fountains. Our deck sat right next to one and was relaxing while sitting outside. Large bbq unit on deck tho we did not use it. Inside is clean with nice size kitchen area well stocked and updated. Three tv’s, living room, kitchen, and bedroom. Fireplace in living room. All that being said, the bedroom and bathroom are very small. Can barely walk around bed and bath is ridiculously small. Shower pressure almost non existent. It looks like a single wide trailer that was nicely covered up on the outside. RENTER BEWARE: Upon check-in beware of the time share sales pitch camouflaged with giving discounted restaurant and activity deals. Views of surrounding hills not as advertised.
