Welcome to our charming Sedona home. The property boasts two king-size bedrooms, a comfortable living area with a queen-size Murphy bed (13" mattress), two bathrooms, and an accessible, single-story layout. Nestled on a quiet, private corner lot with only one adjacent property, the home offers tranquility. An extra-large garage is available for guest use.
Guests can relax and enjoy amenities such as a hot tub, propane fire pit, six oversized Adirondack chairs, two oversized rocking chairs, a patio dining table accommodating six, a sofa, barbeque, Wi-Fi, washer & dryer, heat pump, iron, soft water, and a fully equipped kitchen. Kitchen appliances include a blender, crockpot, coffee maker, griddle, stove, cooktop, and microwave. Reverse osmosis ensures excellent drinking water and fresh ice. The kitchen is also well-stocked with various spices and coffee selections.
The property is conveniently located, with trails a seven-minute walk away and the Stupa just a five-minute journey. There are also plenty of children's games, books, and outdoor toys, as well as a large backyard. Guests have previously enjoyed views of Chimney Rock from the front of the house and Thunder Mountain from the Adirondack chairs and fire pit.
