Broken toilet, couldn’t park within 50 yards of the unit. Thin walls could hear the upstairs people walking, and the next door neighbor putting a cup on the counter. The grounds had us looking at a wall.

The manager of this property, Capital Vacations, harasses me almost daily with phone calls about timeshares, even though I told them I’m not interested. Every time I block their number, they call from a different one. I’ll be filing many complaints about this company. I never even gave them my phone number. Expedia must have provided it to them.

The rooms are set up like studio apartments, which is nice if you need a full-size refrigerator and cooking area. My only complaint is that check-in isn’t until 4 PM, which is hard if you’ve been traveling long distance and wanna just check in and relax at the same time, the checkout is at 10 AM, not 11 AM, so that does seem a little earlier than most places.

We loved our stay at this property! Lots of towels (and beach towels) linens for pull out beds, kitchen utensils, paper towels, tissues, etc. We had a washer and dryer and even detergent for a couple of loads of laundry. I was initially worried about timeshare presentations based on other reviews, but we were not asked to sit through anything! We were offered great discounts on activities if we opted to hear a presentation, but we did not. Everyone was so friendly and shared activities going on at the resort. My son got to go to a children's event and hold a tarantula! Would stay again!

Our unit is dated but clean. Bed was comfortable. When the AC was turned on there was an unpleasant smell. Overall it is a nice, reasonably priced, place to stay in Sedona.

The property is ideally located in West Sedona, easily walkable to great restaurants, grocery stores, and hikes. The bed is comfortable and the unit well-equipped. Two complaints…the pool in our area was out of commission during our stay, and although the property is lovely and peaceful, the construction lacks good insulation, and we could hear every footstep and conversation from our neighbor next door/upstairs.
