GreenTree Inn Sedona

Room was pretty tight for four people. The breakfast area was way to small for the amount of people at the hotel.

Good location, quiet, clean, fridge, microwave, hairdryer, not too far from a grocery store (Safeway). Very unfriendly check-in, and not helpful with tourist advice Low quality breakfast: cereal, apples, yogurt, coffee, bread, instant oatmeal packets. Only four breakfast tables, so lots of people had to stand.

Next time I'm in Sedona, I will definitely stay at the Days Inn again. It is conveniently located. The view from my private balcony took my breath away. Check in was easy and the staff was welcoming and friendly.

This Days Inn was a disappointment when compared to other Days Inns in the area. The breakfast was very poor and patrins were expected to dine with a open wall while gazing at the active construction site.

Cheap, decent lodging. A bit tired, but it would appear renovations are in the works. Were painting the outside, during our stay. Pool functional & clean.

What you would expect for this price point. Large room and a convenient location. Needs some touch-up work however. Thin walls, so it's easy to hear your neighbors. Not a great experience, but not horrible given the price.

My wife and I stayed here for seven nights and really enjoyed our stay there. Excellent service, clean rooms and property. The staff had our room cleaned every day by noon. They did everything to make our stay first class.

Close to all the places we want to see. Very clean. Exceeded my expectation for an inn. Price is very good. Would definitely recommend it.

It was very clean and cozy. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We had a room on the backside second floor. It was clean, quiet, and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and had plenty of pillows. We had a continental breakfast there and it was filling to get us through to the next meal. This is my "go to" place to stay! This was my second time staying there and they were both good.

Nice place to stay. Location is easy to find. Accessible to all touristy spots in Sedona. Great view also.

Although the hotel is older and a bit dated overall, it was clean and comfortable. The staff was great! Pool was clean and sparkling. It was very quiet (even though it was full every night and right on the highway). Loved the gardens and the porch swings to just sit and enjoy the mountain view with our coffee. Window unit AC was really loud, but VERY effective! Bathroom was really small, and very dated, but clean. Continental breakfast was typical… room was very clean, and staff visited with guests—very friendly.

Great hotel: spacious room, lots of cable channels, internet in the lobby (which comes in handy for someone like me who doesn't carry around an iPhone) pool, hot tub, booked in advance so I got a good price!

Everything about the hotel was excellent. The only minor short coming was the the maid service continued to leave the coffee ground bag in the coffee maker

I would stay here again. It was clean, reasonable and close to everything. The pillows were hard and the bed a little uncomfortable which made it hard for my cousin and I to sleep, but that may not be true for everyone.

Fit the need. Clean and good location to the show.

This is one of the neatest and cleanest motels I've ever stayed at. The location is quiet and the staff was nice and helpful

The staff is very rude. Don't expect any smiles or customer service while there. Not even a hello when you walk in the front door.

Room was adequate, breakfast was disappointing, and the day clerk was unhelpful. The other staff I encountered was helpful and pleasant

The hotel is just right for the price. Staff are accommodating.

I appreciate you sharing the feedback on your recent stay. Please accept my apologies for the discomfort you experienced. We do offer a newly remodeled king suite; which does accommodate up to four adults more comfortably than our standard queen room. We also offer additional seating on our outside terrace during the warmer months, and recently extended the breakfast hours from 6am to 9:30am, to help better accommodate our guests. Despite these concerns, we will continue to work hard. I do hope we have the opportunity to welcome you back on a future visit.
