Very clean, friendly staff

Fantastic location and surroundings.

We got married at the Tlacapaque and for the price, we figured it was a nice place for our wedding night. Our initial room was old, smelled like sewer! They switched us to the "other side" which wasn't any better. Just old, bathroom tiles cracked, nothing worth what they charge! This is a max of $70 a night room rate. Don't waste your money & stay at the regular motel.

Beautiful! The view from our balcony was fantastic. We loved the fire pits around the property. We used the “quieter” pool a couple of times. Worked out a day or two. We didn’t get to use the bikes, unfortunately. The road was super busy and it made us too nervous to be out there on a bike. Tons of places within walking distance! It was a nice stay for our Anniversary!

This was my 3rd time at the Arabella. It’s a really great hotel in a great location. Very dog friendly, they have a nice fenced-in dog play area in the back and treats and water outside the lobby. Margs Draw Trailhead is walking distance behind the hotel. They have a very delicious continental breakfast. Their onsite restaurant “Mole” is also very good. I would stay again and recommend !

The property grounds are beautiful. Staff is really kind and pleasant. The location is very close to most destinations like Tlaquepaque, Hideaway House, and galleries. For the room, it was so so. The bathtub finish was noticeably disintegrated & the shower curtain was not the right one for the bathroom; water got everywhere because the curtain was too heavy to stay in place on the bar. Also there was no soap dish so it was hard to grab soap & I couldn’t rest my toiletries at arm-level. The room had a musty smell but I left the patio door open in the daytime to help with fresh air. The daily activities are great, we heard the live music & tried wine tasting. Missed other things because of other plans. Breakfast was all very sugary options- really sweet muffins, sweetened yogurt & sweetened oatmeal. There were hard boiled eggs already peeled in a bowl that didn’t look appetizing- would’ve been better if they placed maybe 2 each in a plastic cup. There was nothing like toast or bagels either. I ended up just taking hot water & an orange most days because everything else was sugar laden. On site restaurant Mole is REALLY good & I had exceptional service. Housekeeping came once & otherwise we were able to request anything we needed. I’m not sure I would stay here again.

Im assuming since we booked through orbitz we were not reserved one of the normal nicer rooms. We were more or less given the last room which could have easily been mistaken as the janitor's closet or equipment room right off the lobby! Yay for us! After a long drive and day out and about nothing like checking in and the front desk staff says we do not have any nice rooms left, none with a balcony or view and hey its just right here behind our desk where you can literally hear all the comings and goings from everyone else staying here! Sweet! Sign me up! Im normally very chill and I dont complain because I know what it is like to be on the other side of it, but c'mon we are paying customers too and would have loved to feel like we mattered just a tiny bit more!

I liked how it was away from the busier parts of Sedona. The property was very beautiful, had awesome views of all the red rock, and offered events in which I was interested, like wine tasting.

Arabella Hotel is gorgeous, old world, well made. The lack of daily housekeeping seemed to put the burden on the guest.

This hotel was very clean, unique, well decorated & comfortable. The staff was outstanding and made great recommendations for restaurants and galleries within walking distance. I would definitely revisit.

Beautiful hotel! Nice size rooms and balconies! Great location. Bikes to use and events each night! Will stay here again :)

Would stay again Very nice Perfect location

Nothing about this property was resort like. Just an average hotel good for overnight lodging. The rooms were supposed to be luxury suites but were dark, not very clean and had no upgrades. Our first room had no closet or anywhere to hang our clothes, a toilet that hadn't been flushed and a view of a block wall with wrought iron bars. We were moved to a second room on the 2nd floor which was cleaner and had a closet, but no views or nice amenities. I have stayed in Microtel's with nicer rooms.

Great location!!! You can get on top of the hill right behind the hotel in order to see a beautiful Sedona skyline and sunset. Also, a convenience store is right next to the hotel which is great if you need to pick up few items after your arrival.

Perfect location. Walked to dinner. Hiking trails right out my back door. Wonderful views Loved coming back to the pool each afternoon and then enjoying the evening around the fire pit

N

We Loved the location, the continental breakfast was excellent, beautiful view and scenery.

Beautiful views from our room. We asked for a 2nd for room and got a corner room on the second floor. The hotel was in a great location. Nice amenities and friendly staff. I would say the one negative is we had to ask for more towels after they cleaned the room and we didn't like the lack of parking. I would stay there again though.

We had a wonderful view from our balcony and they had a big map of Sedona on the wall of our room
