Staff was very nice. The grounds and patio furniture had a lot of bird droppings. The rooms were clean but because the carpeting appeared to have a lot of wear and tear it did not give the appearance of clean. Also, the toilet seat was stained which added to the appearance of it not being totally clean. They had a lot of activities and continental breakfast.

Property is located near all main amenities the city has to offer, location is excellent, hotel is quiet and clean, breakfast was better than expected. For being in such a congested area the rooms were quiet. The only thing was some surcharges for “resort fees” that I didn’t expect since I booked the hotel directly from Expedia and I was surprised by those surcharges that were not included in the Expedia payment.

Wonderful!

Had a wonderful time at the Arabella. Courtyard is beautiful with tons of hummingbirds. Pool is nice and hot tub. They even have live music in the courtyard in the evenings! Breakfast is good - better than most continental breakfast options. I would definitely return to the Arabella!

The room was very spacious, and the hotel consists of several buildings, each with two floors and nearby parking lots. However, the soundproofing was extremely poor. Staying on the first floor, I could clearly hear footsteps and the sound of windows being opened and closed upstairs, which seriously affected my sleep. In addition, I found a huge spider, flies, and ants in the room, which made me very uncomfortable. The bathroom and sink facilities were also quite outdated. Moreover, when I checked in, the front desk staff did not provide good service and seemed unfriendly. Overall, I would not choose this hotel again, nor would I recommend it to anyone I know.

The staff were generally nice. However, I found Geoff not very helpful and friendly. Overall, good experience. I just did not like the fact that there was no microwave and the in-room coffee maker was in the bathroom next to the washing basin and did not work. There is room for that in the lounge area.

Arabella is so conveniently located near central Sedona. We had a courtyard room which was a short walk from the breakfast area (wonderful). They also had live entertainment in the courtyard most evenings we were there. Nice to sit on our private patio and listen to the music.
