Upon check-in, I was given incorrect information about deposit amount and time it would take to be released. The rack of local things to do is actually behind the concierge desk, instead of out in the open like in most hotels, so you are forced to deal with the concierge just to get some information on local sites. As far as the room, several things needed to be fixed - the glass shower door hinge was broken causing it not to close, the trim piece on the top of the mini-blinds in the kitchen fell down repeatedly upon use, and the coffee pot didn't work. I called the front desk and they sent maintenance and he quickly fixed those items. I also noticed the lint screen in the dryer was not installed, because the prongs were bent. Fixed that myself. Also their was a DVD/Blue-ray player in the room, but it wasn't hooked up! The fake fireplace would have been nicer if it was at least propane, the heat would have been nice. Check out is at 10am, a bit earlier than normal. No soda machine in Bldg. 20 as listed on map. Ignore the phone messages to avoid sales pitch for time share. You would think that after all the calls to front desk about room and billing issues I would be given some incentive to return - nope.

Gorgeous place for a quick weekend get away. Very quite resort and comfortable. I will definitely will be returning in the near future.

We had a wonderful experience. Room was spacious and clean. Not pleased with 10am check-out and could not get a later one.

Very confortable and location ex excellent near restaurants and hikes.

The hotel is nice, and in a decent location. Its main purpose though, seems to be a timeshare. You will undoubtedly get a room right next to the presentation center. You will be invited to attend the presentation, offered some sort of gift for doing so. Its very high pressure. It could be a vacation buzzkill. The actual hotel staff were very nice

So surprised by the size of the one bedroom suite. Very clean! Loved it and I will return.

Loved to have a packed kitchen and grills available next to the room and near the pool. Ice machines available as well.

Relaxation, or hiking, it is there. Two great golf courses. Shopping.

This was a last minute trip which resulted in a memorable one for my family. The condo style option made our stay very comfortable. My family would've been perfectly ok with just staying in the room. Amenities like the fitness enter was a winner!

Awesome place to stay for a few nights, even has a great view. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The place was very quite the whole time we stayed which is a plus when your trying to relax. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Walkable distance to a couple of great places to eat "Miley's Cafe" for breakfast and "Cuchina Rustica" for dinner. Nice pools and spa facilities. Golf course looks great, maybe I'll get to use it next time when it's cooler outside. Room was nice and clean with a small kitchen and 3/4 size refrigerator/freezer. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept on out of many hotels in the past. Best value in Sedona in my opinion.

Spacious room with functional kitchen. Large bathroom. Great pool and view from pool.

We had a great experience with this hotel will definitely come back. Sofa beds are super comfortable. Staff are very nice. Hotel was very accommodating overall. The only thing is to access the room there are stairs which we don't care about.

Good condo for our visit to the various camp trails around Sedona No time to use the pool or spa . Friendly staff

Very nice stay. It was off of the beaten path and very quiet

Loved the area only problem we had was the parking. Had to park at the maintenence building parking lot could never get a spot in the circle area of our room after 9 pm.

Pleasant staff. Cleanliness of rooms. Close proximity to golf courses and sight seeing.

Very nice place with nice rooms, great view and location, nice pools and spas. Just need to avoid the initial time share trap.

Great Children's activities. Clean and spacious one bedroom unit. Lights at the Mesa pool area weren't working properly during our last night, but not a big issue. I hope it's already fixed for their future guests.

The Ridge on Sedona needs to focus more on their customer service and amenities and a little less on the timeshare tour and their sales tactics. They claimed our room was not ready, but the whole experience felt like a scam to get you to agree to the tour while you are waiting for the room. The tour was well over 2 hours long and the sales manager was extremely aggressive. We had just arrived in town and felt as though they could care less about us settling in and sightseeing. When we finally tried to check into the room, the key would not work. We were also disappointed to find that we were not allowed to control our own thermostat and the room was too warm the entire stay. We lost power for several hours during the first evening and no one addressed the issue. Finally, a strict checkout of 10 am is enforced with the threat of an additional fee if you are late in doing so. Housekeeping even left a large red bag outside of our door all morning as they anticipated our departure. This was unsettling and annoying. On the positive, Sedona is absolutely gorgeous and we can't wait to return to the area! There are far too many other places to stay in Sedona and thus we will make a different lodging choice next time.
