Good condo for our visit to the various camp trails around Sedona No time to use the pool or spa . Friendly staff

Very nice stay. It was off of the beaten path and very quiet

Loved the area only problem we had was the parking. Had to park at the maintenence building parking lot could never get a spot in the circle area of our room after 9 pm.

Pleasant staff. Cleanliness of rooms. Close proximity to golf courses and sight seeing.

Very nice place with nice rooms, great view and location, nice pools and spas. Just need to avoid the initial time share trap.

Great Children's activities. Clean and spacious one bedroom unit. Lights at the Mesa pool area weren't working properly during our last night, but not a big issue. I hope it's already fixed for their future guests.

The Ridge on Sedona needs to focus more on their customer service and amenities and a little less on the timeshare tour and their sales tactics. They claimed our room was not ready, but the whole experience felt like a scam to get you to agree to the tour while you are waiting for the room. The tour was well over 2 hours long and the sales manager was extremely aggressive. We had just arrived in town and felt as though they could care less about us settling in and sightseeing. When we finally tried to check into the room, the key would not work. We were also disappointed to find that we were not allowed to control our own thermostat and the room was too warm the entire stay. We lost power for several hours during the first evening and no one addressed the issue. Finally, a strict checkout of 10 am is enforced with the threat of an additional fee if you are late in doing so. Housekeeping even left a large red bag outside of our door all morning as they anticipated our departure. This was unsettling and annoying. On the positive, Sedona is absolutely gorgeous and we can't wait to return to the area! There are far too many other places to stay in Sedona and thus we will make a different lodging choice next time.

We had a great time at this hotel. I requested the same room we had last year because we liked the view and the scenery from the room. They were able to accommodate my request. Great mountain view. One of the reasons for the hotel is because I need a kitchen. I have food allergies and don't eat out. I have to cook my own food. I'm very limited to what I can eat. The kitchen is a full kitchen with stove, microwave, dishwasher, sink, etc. Everything I needed was right there. The staff was friendly. The room had extra items so you didn't have to ask for extra towels, box of kleenex, etc. We did some sightseeing and had a very relaxing trip. The room was clean. Because I have to work when I'm out of town, it was great to have wi-fi in the room and a computer available in the lobby with a printer that I could use to get work done. A wonderful trip. We will definitely return to this hotel.

I never stayed at a resort before and was blown away from what the room offered. Staff was exceptionally nice and courteous. I am definitely coming back here again!

The hotel location was good, not too far from Sedona, but certainly surrounded by great views. Equipped with all you need to cook great meals and store the left overs. Outside you could enjoy the golf if you want to spend the time around, but clearly there are lot of attractions if you are the outsider. Go to the trails around and enjoy he great sceneries. There are amazing views out there.

The rooms were comfortable and cozy. Kitchen was a plus and balcony very nice. Although the weather was too cold to use the pool & jacuzzi, it was lovely. Close enough to walk to the clubhouse for dinner or some nearby restaurants. They did offer a talk on timeshare but were not too pushy about it. We really enjoyed our time there.

The best stay ever.......will do it again some day

This resort is in the perfect location. Beautiful scenery and close to everything. The room was perfect 1 bedroom apartment we had a full kitchen and awesome bath tub. I will definitely be staying here again.

Great deal!!! Sedona is beautiful with lots of great outdoor options and food

This was our second stay at The Ridge. Quick and friendly check in and off to the pool we went. Great towels in the room to use at the pool. Hot tubs were occupied so we opted out this trip. We tried a different pool this time and it was wonderful with just the two of us. Spectacular backdrop and we could even get a glimpse of bell rock. The rooms were wonderful with a small kitchen complete with dishes so we could enjoy our breakfast and coffee in the morning. There was a small deck that we enjoyed while sipping some wine. Our favorite restaurant, Cucina Rustica is a very short drive or a long stroll away. Close to both of our hikes too. We will definitely be back!

great choice. studio was a decent size. room was clean. pool had a beautiful view. close to restaurants and markets

Great time perfect weather we truly enjoyed the resort.

I've stayed here a few times and really like it! I would recommend this resort. The views are great, golf is great, nice pools, spa and the rooms are nice and convenient to everything. Only downside is it is a time share property so you have to duck out of that and the rest is fabulous!

we were surprised by the size of the room (a small apartment more than a hotel room) with many comforts including living room, kitchen, patio, master bedroom and master bathroom plus laundry! Great value for the money. The property is part of the Diamond Resort company, so they do entice you into an optional presentation on their properties, so be prepared for the sales pitch. But no pressure to attend. The hotel was on a golf course just outside the main tourist area of Sedona, but had beautiful rock views and not far from stores and restaurants. You do have to drive to Sedona though - not close enough to walk to the main streets.

Having the fridge, stove and microwave were great. The resort is very close to the red rocks and the views are beautiful! There is also a cute café for breakfast that was very good and a grocery store that doubled as a liquor store (can't need more than that)! Pool on site and free coffee all day long!
