Celebration of 50 Year Friendship - Karen, Sarah, Christine and Tracy
This property is outstanding. Beautiful and quiet location; minutes away from Sedona with amazing scenery and views. Each of us had our own bedroom and bathroom. The living room is very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped and had everything we needed. The backyard is beautiful with a pool and hot tub and various seating areas around the property. The only negatives was the very expensive daily rate to heat the pool and the much needed updates of the lounging furniture, cushions and pool tools. Having said that, this property deserves a 4 1/2 star - 4 3/4 rating.

Outstanding
There were eight of us staying and we could not have been happier with this house. It was very comfortable with enough privacy for each couple. The house was equipped with everything we could have wanted and was very private. The views are fantastic. The outdoor area was so nice and fit all of us in the hot tub comfortably. The owner created such a nice ambience and there was music playing when we arrived. Loved our stay and would like to go back.

Relaxing and Fun
The house is beautifully equipped and very comfortable to stay in. The views and overall feel were better than we'd expected. The safety locks on the patio doors were a comforting touch given we had young children with us. We had a lot of fun in the pool area. The outdoor areas are fabulous.
Found the app unnecessary. We had email communications that went un-responded to, and thus felt forced to make an expensive $900 decision regarding pool heating for 3 days without full information.
Overall we had a great time and wonderful experience in the property.
