Peaceful Getaway with family

Excellent location!

This house was located in West Sedona which was perfect. Workers doing construction on the house across the way, start at 0600 and work until 2:30 everyday was a little annoying as they were banging and playing loud music starting at 0600. Would suggest getting new king mattresses and possibly a new couch in living room. Other than that the house and location were perfect and would stay again.

Great trip!

The house was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The house was close to shops and restaurants but in a quiet neighborhood. The views from the back of the house were beautiful. The property management company was helpful and great at communicating.

We love the beautiful views from every window. The weather was great so we ate out on the patio. The home was a perfect place to stay in Sedona. Clean and comfortable. Quiet and a perfect vacation. We did two of the puzzles at night one request is that you buy new ones as they are both missing a piece and a frustrating thing when all but one is missing. Great place to stay for any occasion

Beautiful View!

We stayed at the house with our teens and made amazing memories. There are plenty of sleep options, the kitchen was well stock with essential items, and the house, pool, and hot tub were very clean. The ping pong table in the garage was also popular with the kids. The house is near the edge of the neighborhood so the views were magnificent and we heard the coyotes close each night,

It is well run, very clean. Books and pamphlets of things to do. Beautiful furniture, quiet neighborhood. Good outdoor furniture. Sorry to say beds are way to soft. They felt old soft not just a soft type bed. If you go ask if all the jets in hot tub now work first. There were 4 seats and there were 4 of us. 2 people had no jets. 3rd person it was weak 4th worked. After hiking we need those jets

Perfection!

We absolutely loved staying here! Gorgeous views from every window, fully stocked kitchen, stunning neighborhood, only a few minutes drive to downtown Sedona and to dozens of outdoor activities. Honestly can’t think of anything to improve upon. From check-in to check-out everything was smooth. We would 100% stay again if we visit Sedona in the future.

Greta first time in Sedona!

Love how quiet and convenient the location was. Perfect for our family - grandparents, mom, dad and the boys age 5 &6. Enjoyed the hot tub (although we couldn’t get two of the jets to work) and the gas fireplace. Ping pong table was a great feature to keep my kids busy when we weren’t hiking or eating. Would highly recommend and stay again!

Wow! Convenient to everything.

Amazing property with stunning views in every direction. Well-appointed in every way. We cooked quite a bit during our Christmas stay and the kitchen has everything you would need. Star-gazing from the hot tub is a nightly must. My ONLY issue is that most of the driveway lights (non-wired solar) did not function so it was extremely dark when arriving after sunset. But that is a very minor issue. Will definitely stay again!

Amazing stay - our new home away from home

This trip was our 3rd visit to Sedona. We had previously stayed in hotels, but d/t popularity of our favorite resort, prices have skyrocketed. We decided to rent a home this time and WOW!! This home is stunning, clean, and located in the perfect spot. The beds were comfy, the amenities plentiful, and we cannot wait to come back! I cannot speak highly enough of this property. Generally speaking, my husband and I don’t gravitate toward home rentals when vacationing but this home will be a staple for us when visiting Sedona. I can’t imagine booking another trip without having this place to call home for the duration of our stay. 10/10!!

Spectacular Home Base

One cannot do justice in describing the red rock views - you'll just have to see them for yourself! The house is even better in person as well. There is nothing that you need that they have not thought of for you already. As 'home base' we explored nearby Cathedral Rock, Devil's Bridge, and Bell Rock, and took excursions to the Grand Canyon and Antelope Canyon. The house is located close to town and many wonderful restaurants- Mariposa, Hideaway House, and The Hudson were just a few of our favorites. During our down time my four children (ages 11-17) enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and exploring the neighborhood. Our first time visit to Sedona did not disappoint! Can't wait to come back for more adventures.
