The room was clean, and the rooms look like the photos. Great customer service, and it was nice to have a kitchenette. Looking at the stars from the hot tub was relaxing. I was there mainly to hike and witness the beauty of Sedona so I just needed a simple place to stay, and this was a perfect place conveniently close to a grocery store, Starbucks and many trailheads. The bathoom door accidentally locked from inside and it took a while for maintenance to unlock the door. The gym needs a makeover and some of the furnishings can be updated but that didn't take away from the wonderful experience at Sedona Springs. I would love to come back again!

We booked 2 rooms, upon arrival we were told they had cancelled one of our bookings as they thought it was a mistake! However, they did manage to get us into a unit with connecting room and 2 bedrooms. The set up was perfect for our needs. The units were very clean, beds comfortable. The decor was drab, walls painted a shade of beige and brown, furniture really not comfortable. TV in living area very small. Nicely appointed kitchens. From our unit, there were no views of any of the beautiful area. If you were wanting a relaxing patio to sit out on, this was not it. The indoor pool area, while clean looking, was certainly not inviting at all. It was quite cool when we were there, so didn't use outdoor pools or hot tubs. Outdoor pools not heated.

Beautiful downtown resort condos. Spacious, well appointed rooms, full of amenities. It really felt like coming home. Really convenient location, with plenty of retail and restaurants, nearby as well as nature spots surrounded by the majestic beauty of Sedona's red rock buttes. Beautiful pools and hot tubs.

Our accommodations were huge and a great value! It was nice that we were able to have a separate space upstairs with a giant bathtub where we could close the door for privacy while our 7 year old slept downstairs on the pull out sofa. We enjoyed the game room and hot tub. We got in late and that was a bit tricky, no one answered when we called the phone, they weren’t very friendly or helpful and didn’t tell us how to find our room so we had trouble with that because of the parking and layout. Other than that it was great!
