Very nice resort for what I thought was a reasonable price! The furniture in the room was super nice and stylish. I don't golf but found the area very pretty. It's a little off the beaten path depending what you want. It is not a brand new, bright and shining place, but is still very nice. I'd recommend it

Very nice setting. Very good room Although large easy walk to everything. Quiet and beautiful setting. Easily accessible off main road but quiet and set back. Very good restaurant. Very friendly helpful staff

Close to downtown. No cell phone signal in our room for ATT phone.

Great people, wonderful location, clean, great internet, wonderful spot for dinner as well as breakfast. Highly recommended.

The grounds were quite lovely and peaceful. The location was close to all we had planned. The rooms and buildings though, were very dated. The bottom of our room door had no seal. We had to put a towel on the floor to keep critters and night air out.

Stayed here for a 3 night weekend. Did not use any of the hotel facilities other than the room. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. The room was large, clean, bed was very comfy. Parking close by the room got crowded at night but not too much of a problem. Overall, it's a good base for those coming to hike and/or see the sights of Sedona.

This hotel had the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, so I had the best sleep of my life! Views were amazing. Hotel staff were all very friendly and so very accomodating.

After 15 years of staying in Sedona, at locations all around the area, my wife and I agree Poco Diablo Resort and Spa beats them all. Its clean, the hotel staff is wonderful, prices are low, and the view is great! Oh, and they are dog friendly!!!

King size room. Pretty basic, slightly larger bathroom than some hotels, but nothing fancy at all. Overall, it just felt a little stingy, like the ownership really wanted to play its business up, but then didn't really want to invest to make anything more than a small step above a regular run of the mill hotel. Our room was generally clean, but the details of keeping things up were clearly fading away with time. Not badly, but you could see the attempt to make the bathrooms really nice had only somewhat succeeded, and clearly stopped before they got around to replacing the vanities. Our room was cleaned appropriately during our visit, but they also didn't replace our small soap bars. I'm sure we could have asked for more and we didn't run out. But it just felt stingy not to give us new bars when they cleaned. Our biggest problem the noise. We could hear housekeeping staff yelling at each other between the levels, and that's just not the kind of thing that could ever make for a resort. It's not restful or peaceful at all. The location is stunning. So if your plans take you in and around Sedona, then this place is probably fine. But if you are expecting an amazing room and fancy accommodations, don't bank on getting any of that from a regular King room.

Despite a bus load of Japanese tourist, we were registered with no issues Room service for breakfast is exceptional Place is very quiet and really peaceful

Very good staff. The place was very clean. It is an older place but it is very well maintaned. It may seem a little expensive for what it is, but for Sedona in the busy season, that is just how it is. It is not a luxury place but They do a good job of making it comfortable.

hotel was nice and clean. The views were great. The staff was very helpful especially the bartender who helped us with places to see

We had a great comfortable evening. The staff worked hard to please.

Poco Diablo has some of the most beautiful views in Sedona. Our stay was very relaxing and we had a great time. The restaurant food was excellent... I would go back in a heart beat.

Booked this hotel for 2 nights. We didn't really book any tours ahead and the concierge William was informative and was able to call and book for us. Both trips recommended were excellent. Room was clean and the room service waiter had a great personality! Didn't get to use the facilities but they seemed clean and easy to access. Such a great location right off the main drag, but quiet. The only downside was one of the staff members in the dinning room was a bit snippy and waved us off to the bar to eat as the dinning room was not ready yet for guests. It left us feeling a bit like idiots as we didn't see the sign immediately.

Eat at mariposa's. Hike right off highway in the red rocks. Go to talaquepaque. Drive oak creek canyon. Visit the many art galleries.

Untrained and unprofessional. Complete rip off. Please do not recommend this hotel to others.

Loved my stay at Poco Diablo Resort. Had a great room with lovely views of the mountains and golf course. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We were only 2 minutes from downtown Sedona but far enough away to enjoy the quiet and views.

I stayed here for two nights and really liked the hotel and would stay here again. I liked how I could park right outside my hotel room, which was nice for lugging in and out luggage. My room had a huge spa run in the middle of the living area, which was oddly convenient. The hotel stay didn't include breakfast so ordered the buffet each morning, which was okay. The amenities and scenery were great...I loved the tennis courts and all the areas to relax outside. It was a tad bit away from the shops and restaurants but that was okay since I had my own car. All the staff we encountered from check in to wait staff were friendly and very helpful. I think this hotel is a hidden gem.

We went here to celebrate my husband's birthday and it was one of the best trips of our lives. The room was big and comfy with a fireplace and a patio with spectacular views of the fireplace and the red rocks. Cathedral rock is right behind the resort. The staff were friendly and accommodating especially Mario in the restaurant who brought my husband an amazing birthday cheesecake for our brunch. We've stayed in Sedona several other times but this was the best experience and we plan to come back and stay at Poco Diablo resort all of the next times we visit!
