Cobwebs in the kitchenette area, beer bottle cap on the floor as we entered the room, front door’s deadbolt didn’t work, balcony door’s screen door was hanging off the track, shower worked but then water cut off mid-shower, huge yellow stain on foldout couch’s mattress, furniture looked gross and not cleaned, fireplace wouldn’t turn on after one night. Previous stays didn’t have these issues. This was our go-to place to stay in Sedona. Will be looking for a better place for our next visit.

It's a driving distance to Uptown Sedona. It has a nice golf course and tennis court. Rooms are reasonably big but very outdated

We had a great time staying at Poco Diablo Resort. Check in was fast and staffs were very accommodating to our needs. We brought our dog with us during our stay and it seemed like our dog also loved the whole facility. It was a very pet friendly resort. We will definitely recommend this place to whoever we know that will go visit Sedona. We’ll also definitely stay at this resort again if we come back and visit Sedona as well. It’s very close to everything around Sedona.

Overall this was a nice resort with good amenities.

It was a very pretty property, but there were a few things that I didn’t like that would keep me from staying there again. The sinks and toilet were extremely low, making it difficult to use them if you have knee issues. The paper products in the bathroom were very rough and unpleasant to use. Last, we had a beautiful deluxe king room. The room had blackout curtains over the sliding door, but there was a frosted glass panel next to the door, so at 5:30 in the morning, the sun was shining in the window, waking us up.

Beautiful location. Room overlooked the golf course (overwatered and soggy) after an upgrade. The AC was lacking and had to turn it down to the lowest temp to cool the room off. The bed was old and springs were very loud and creaky. The service at the front desk was disappointing and it was obvious they don’t like accommodating requests. Not sure why room turnover takes until 4pm. The restaurant was the worst. For drinks in the afternoon, we inquired about the wine specials they had posted on the way in. The server knew nothing about them, including the year of the vintage or even the price of the glass/ bottles. He even came back to tell me the price of the bottle had “increased” more than what he stated. For breakfast, we were sat down at 1030, waited 20 mins for our server to come by, only to be told that they weren’t serving breakfast anymore. The people at the table next to us were just served breakfast and their website and sign says breakfast until 11am. When we inquired why, they said they stopped taking orders at 1045. We pointed out that we had been sitting, waiting to give our order since 1030, but they would not accommodate and she literally said, “that’s too bad.” The heated pool was refreshing and why we booked this particular place at such short notice, so that was a plus.

Good location and pleasant grounds and golf course, quiet hotel. It is not like a resort more like a 3 star motel. Rude staff at the reception at check in, tired room decor, no room service even with request, broken phone, broken balcony door screen, broken toilet, ran out of towels at the pool in the middle of the day, had to call 2 times for fresh towels, it took them 1 hour. will not go back.

Great location for a quiet peaceful stay (away from the busy tourist area in Sedona). Nice hotel, good food and friendly staff.

Room was VERY old, showed me getting a balcony but did not asked management. she told me since I went thru orbitz/expedia i received one of the leftover rooms. To pay the amount of money, thinking you are getting a high quality room and then to receive a very old room. 2 lights above the bed didnt work. Twice our keys didnt work. Would not stay there again. way to pricey for what you receive which nis nothing!

Room was very dark. We were surprised we could be in a hotel in such a beautiful place but have no view. Staff was very friendly though.

The staff and all amenities were the best I've experienced in my entire life. Thank you so, so much.

This resort was close to multiple attractions that we visited. It had ample onsite parking. The outdoor pool and hot tub were heated and we really enjoyed them. The workout facility had everything we wanted as well.

Beautiful Place! Our room was clean and the staff was friendly. The kids enjoyed the pool. The grass was so green and pretty. I do wish there was better access to the creek behind the resort.

The property was beautiful and relaxing for my whole family

We were very happy to recieve a complimentary upgrade. The staff was great and the food from the restaurant was delicious

Great views . We were only here one night so we didn’t get to use many of the amenities.

Beautiful location. The gentleman that check us in the front desk was super nice and helpful. We had an amazing experience
