This property is an upgraded motel. The owners chose artisan decor and kept some of the motel’s original features, particularly in the bathroom.
We stayed in unit 33 and as soon as we walked in in stunk like cigarettes. There are signs in the room that clearly state it is non-smoking but it was clearly ignored. Luckily, we were just staying for the night. Otherwise it is in a great location, easy to walk around.
Great location in between the Sedona Arts District and Shopping area. Friendly and helpful. After hours check-in was easy.
Its a nice place. Its clean
It was a very nice room, parking lot was a little tight to maneuver, there were no amenities but didn't really need them. very close to many hiking trails
Nothing
The view was fantastic. Walking distance to everything, but a lot of uphill
There is a patio with amazing views it's around the corner at the end of the parking lot. We brought to-go dinner there.
Great views. Neat, nostalgic motel feel. Had to walk some distance to reach the cross walk.
This property is a little older but very well maintained! It has everything that you need in the room and the location is perfect. The view from our room is absolutely beautiful! We only booked one night but would definitely stay here again if we come back to Sedona.
Exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated room in great location. The room was very spacious with a large bathroom and comfortable bed. Television, fridge, microwave, coffee maker and hair dryer are provided. You are on your own for breakfast, but there is a lovely restaurant and shops just across the street with mountain views. If you are planning to arrive after 8 PM, they ask that you call to confirm your reservation. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this motel.
It was a nice hotel that has been remodeled. Located within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. I liked that it was family owned and cozy.

Thank you Kenda for taking the time to write us a review. I am sorry for the issue that you experienced during your stay with us. We regularly ozonate our rooms to neutralize odors, I am sorry this room was not perfectly odorless. I have passed on this information to our housekeeping team so that we can do better in the future. Thank you again for your review.

Thank you Zafar for taking the time to review us. I know this review was in response to us not changing our policy to fit around your ever changing travel plans. Right now almost every business in Sedona is short staffed, including us. It really is not fair to overload our hard working housekeeper anymore than everything going on with the pandemic and all of the new protocols that we are following for everyone's safety. Without our essential staff we cannot even open the hotel to welcome guests. While I do wish that we could accommodate every request of our guests, we also have to remember that these times are extra hard our on staff. With that being said I am sorry that you had to change your very flexible travel plans back to what they were originally because we could not change our policies due to the unfair burden that it would place upon our employees.
