Great location. Walking distance to everything in town. Nearly froze to death at night. A/C stayed on all night. Kept room at 66 degrees. I had to warm up with blow dryer a couple times. Didn't pack for cold weather. Other than that, had everything I needed.

This property is a little older but very well maintained! It has everything that you need in the room and the location is perfect. The view from our room is absolutely beautiful! We only booked one night but would definitely stay here again if we come back to Sedona.
In the last two weeks of travel this was the only hotel that did not offer at least some sort of breakfast with the stay that was normally available. However, it was also amgost the cleanest,therforei would recommend.

Spacious, nice room. Very clean as well. Just need to add more free toiletries. Breakfast was yummy. Due to COVID19, most of the breakfast items are not self served.

The location was conveniently located off the I-17 and within easy reach of Cottonwood and Sedona.

Perfect place to watch the sunrise on Bell Rock. They have everything you need. Coffee maker, fireplace, fridge. Can watch sunrise from deck or room. Close to hiking trails and places to eat.

Facility was generally not clean, and un-cared for. Fire alarm started chirping in middle of the night one night, called front desk, he told me to remove battery. Wound up having to remove entire alarm so I could get back to sleep. Blanket was slightly thicker than the sheet, so woke up cold pretty ...
