The front desk staff were very kind 10/10!
Room was much smaller than I'd hoped, but that's the nature of selecting a hotel. However, this facility had 2 big negatives IMO 1. Rules clearly state No Pets and No Smoking. Yet the check-in form tells you there's a charge if you violate. That doesn't mean NO - it means you CAN, you just have to pay a surcharge. In my instance, both chairs had (apparently purposely placed) cigarette burns in the vinyl as did the desktop (wood veneer). There was also a 4x4 inch hole in the carpet, about 3 feet in from the door, which I have to assume was from a dog pawing at something. 2. There were THREE (3) total electric plugs in the room, not including the bathroom! Even worse, the one by the bed was **behind** the mattress and completely inaccessible without moving it. Where do you charge your cell phone so you can shut the alarm off in the morning?!? The facility was well kept, with the exception of the cigarette and pet damage, and the staff were nice. But, overall IMO, the room wasn't worth half the charged rate.
Front office was helpful and courteous. Wish Pool hours were extended since everything closes at 8pm in this town :( nothing to do lol Carpet smell kinda weird too Good service overall
You need to re-nailed the floor in room 225
The place was shoddy and the room was not very clean. The towels were fresh and there was an effort, but there were holes in the carpet and bedspread.
Facility was generally not clean, and un-cared for. Fire alarm started chirping in middle of the night one night, called front desk, he told me to remove battery. Wound up having to remove entire alarm so I could get back to sleep. Blanket was slightly thicker than the sheet, so woke up cold pretty much every night. If I hadnt pre-paid I would have gone to a different hotel and paid more.
Had little visitor cockroach. Didn’t really care told me it came from outside. Really. Last time staying there
It was just fone for the price. The staff was friendly.
First of all, this is a Super 8 Motel. It’s reasonably priced and it’s not going to have the best amenities. But it was clean and the bed was amazingly comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I personally did not try the pool or hot tub so I can’t speak to that.
Service was great very helpful staff and friendly
Convenient place to Sedona and give you a comfort place to stay
Very minimal breakfast. Noise from road. Tired old motel.
There was a very noisy room above our room which made it hard to sleep
The outlets didn’t have covers and only one outlet worked. The tv was difficult to turn on so we left it on all the time.
Every thing was very well done. Hotel a little of the path aways but service was good.
