Immaculately clean hotel with very friendly staff. Room was spacious. Hairdryer didn’t work properly but not a big deal. Breakfast was ok considering it was included. Waffle machine broken but many other choices. A great location to be close to Sedona but not in the middle of tons of tourists. I’d stay here again.

Moving to Cottonwood. Stayed here before, when I was checking out the house I’ve moved into. Only thing that I have to comment on is the the first time I stayed. I’m not sure who the staff member was..? But just not good at his job lol. I walked in not even thinking he was an employee and then he went behind the front desk(he was on his cellphone at the time). Stays on his cell while he’s have some sort of discussion/argument with his S.O. And tells me to ‘hold on’ lol. Finishes up his convo and then just points at my husband and I and says.. ‘Vegas?!’. Haha im like uhhh, no.. So yeah that’s what has thrown me off this whole experience of the hotel. lol

The only reason I didn’t give this place an Excellent rating is because rhe cleaner took our food from the fridge, even rhough we were book in for multiple days. I love Cottonwood and rhis place was wonderful with a great Italian Restaurant

Great Place to stay

The staff was awesome. You have a great staff of people. Monica and Tiffany were so great. We came on a girls trip and they made our trip awesome. The lady in the breakfast area ( I believe that was Allysa) was so attentive to our every need in helping us have a great breakfast. John, the maintenance man helped us with our luggage. We really appreciated him very much. Very nice man. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay. Highly recommend this hotel.

Weekend get away

Good 3-night stay. Away from the main downtown area, but didn't mind that. Everything in close proximity. Room was comfortable except for the air conditioner which did not reliably work. Comfortable bed, but pillows too soft. Nice TV with lots of channels

I don’t travel much but I have standards. Lux Verde checked all the boxes. Comfortable beds, clean rooms and bathrooms, and great continental breakfast. Enjoyed our stay!
