This was our 2nd stay at this wonderful home, walking distance from Main St restaurants and shops. The home is clean, well-equipped and stylish. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything needed to make a meal and the firepit on the patio is a highlight to hang out with wine in the evenings.

Beautiful new home! When we arrived we were welcomed with a personal message on a board on the counter as well as some chocolates! House is decorated beautifully, kitchen and bathrooms are stocked well, William (host) responds right away and was so helpful in planning our stay, provided parking pass for trails. Small ping pong table in garage. Super clean. Unlike other rentals, we were not expected to remove linens, start dishwasher, take out trash, he takes care of everything which was much appreciated. Amazing view of the sunrise just outside of the house. Very short walk right down the hill right into main street Cottonwood which has many great restaurants and stores. 30 minute drive to Sedona. Highly recommend his homes and would gladly return and stay longer!

The grape escape is the perfect place to stay while in Cottonwood. I stayed 2 nights with some friends for my birthday and we had a blast. The place was clean and cozy, and beds were comfortable. All your necessities are taken care of, from coffee in the morning to your shower essentials, no details were missed. Highly recommend staying here. I will definitely be back!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Grape Escape! The house is laid out well and has plenty of comfortable seating for everyone. The listing was very accurate and communication with the host was excellent. We loved how clean the property was as well as all the thoughtful extras like bathroom products, coffee/tea, wine and snacks. We also enjoyed the peaceful outdoor seating area with great views! It was a bonus to be able to walk to town too. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the area.
