Excellent staff
Nothing fancy but cozy and clean.
Everything about the room and motel was fine except: 1. The heater/cooler emitted a faint high-pitched whine, instead of just the normal fan sound. Since the fan ran all night, so did the whine. 2. The bathroom light was on the same switch as the bathroom fan, meaning that it was not possible to turn the fan off and leave the light on. The fan ROARED whenever it was turned on, then periodically changed to a loud SCREECH. It was terrible. 3. The bathroom was tiny. Barely enough room for shower/tub and commode. I won't stay here again.
The room was fine and I had no problem. Upon check in the staff (1 person) was likely not having a good day and it showed in personality. I asked for a lower level room due to my mother not being able to go up the stairs as she is disable. The person stated there were only upstairs available. In addition to this I checked to see if downstairs room was available for the next night, she stated the hotel was sold out and rooms booked. I double checked to see if this was accurate and I found there were rooms available on both orbitz and the best western site. Basically the hotel did not want to accommodate for ADA. I immediately wrote BestWestern on the horrible experience and probably provided feedback on the check in experience. It took some time the first night but slowly and one stair at a time I got my mother up stairs. The next day I received a call from the person that checked me in apologizing and that a room was available on the ground floor, she went in to state she didn’t know my mother was disable. Although I appreciated the call and the ability to switch rooms late the second night. My opinion of this hotel is that they need to hire personnel that listens, understands that disabilities should be accommodated and not to lie to guests about being sold out. Perhaps training is in order. As I stated in my earlier comments to the hotel I would not recommend anyone to this property.
friendly staff and nice breakfast
Fa comity clean n friendly n good location
The room was clean, there was a lot of trash on parking lot. We did not have hot water (we were told the heater was broken) also the pool was close for the season, so it was very disappointing for my 6 year old. Breakfast was good
Clean, staff was friendly, conveniently located
This was an older hotel. But it was very clean, the non-smoking room was not smoky-smelling, and even though the hotel was fairly booked, it was quiet.
I arrived later than i had expected. When l entered I was treated with kindness and respect. My room was clean and everything I needed was there. Most of all it was quiet, I was able to park very near my room and room 218 has a view. Not like the Grand Canyon but a view.
Eva at check in is an example of great customer service

We sincerely apologize we could not accommodate your request upon arrival. There are several reason to refer to the hotel as "sold out". I know the agent was referring to ground floor units as being sold out. We had two groups in house who were pre-assigned by management and it took notifying them of your situation so they could move things around to accommodate you. I'm glad we were able to get you downstairs and am sorry you will not be returning. It was truly a miscommunication of words.
