Grand Canyon Railway Hotel

My only complaint was the parking. It is way too far from the hotel access points. They really should offer valet service. Hotel was clean and comfy, staff was friendly.

Wonderful and warm lobby held actual conversations between guests! Bed was super comfortable. Great location for Grand Canyon travel. Walk to Route 66 for throwback diners.

Very comfortable, clean and convenient. Friendly personnel at front desk and lounge.

Very nice hotel inside, next to train station.Very quiet, the only issue the night trains. I saw they have a swimming pool but I didn't try it. The location is perfect to take the train for Grand Canyon. Good experience.

We decided to splurge on our trip to the Grand Canyon. Your hotel did not disappoint and we love your town!

Very nice clean rooms. Great place close to go restaurants Wonderful hotel. Highly recommend

Very well kept hotel , close to perfection . Hop right on to train , Highly recommend if only for how beautiful the property is maintained , fluffy towels also .

Hotel is perfect location and staff was excellent. Will definitely stay again

This place is not your typical hotel and we will go back if near that area. And location to such a quaint downtown makes leaving the hotel a possibility. Otherwise this hotel offers everything you could possibly need or want!

The hotel was beautiful and located conveniently right next to the downtown area. For what we got, the room was wildly overpriced. The room was pretty standard. The indoor pool was freezing. We were very disappointed because we were expecting so much more. The worst part of the stay was the buffet. It was over $25 per person and the food was less than tv-dinner quality. It was a huge rip off. Overall, we love Williams and would visit again but we would not stay here. It was a major disappointment and a waste of money.

Very disappointed in parking situation. They were paving the lot adjacent to our room and other parking spaces were limited. While I enjoy walking I didn't expect this inconvenience. Maid service was disappointing as dirty cups were left behind and beds not made up properly. Otherwise it was an enjoyable stay.

We stayed there only one night but we were surprised how clean and beautiful this hotel was.

Lobby area was nice, but pool was dirty. Room was overpriced for what you got.

Very smart front desk , knowledgeable personnel and easy to talk to. My reservation was messed up by U.S. PARKS but they realized the error and fixed it ,before we arrived

The hotel is very nice - except for the maze of hallways. The staff was fantastic. The only thing wrong was the shower didn't work properly. Most of the water came out of the faucet and only a sprinkle came out of the shower head.

Very good in close proximity to the town. Very nice room clean and hotel had great amenities. Thought the price was a bit much considering no microwave or fridge for $180.00 Will be staying in the Grand Canyon from n ow on price the same more amenities in room.

Stayed one night before driving the last hour to Grand Canyon, nice room, great staff, clean, only negative thing about the area is gas is 50 cents higher than everywhere else so fill up before you hit Williams, AZ.

Hotel was very clean. Lobby area is nice with comfortable couches. Rooms were a bit dated but very clean and comfortable. Dinner buffet looked like your basic buffet food. Opted to eat elsewhere. Surprised that they required my paid third party reservation receipt to check in. Fortunately I had printed it out and brought it. Overall, it was better than I expected. It is not a swanky high end hotel but it is one that I would feel comfortable recommending.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. Surprisingly, our room was located near the railroad and it was very quiet. Breakfast was available at the railroad cafe for a reasonable price. Everything in the buffet you can image. Along with made to order egg omelets. Plenty of dining options within walking distance of the hotel. Also, plenty of parking space available. Pet hotel available if you had pets and wanted to ride the train to the Grand Canyon.

There is absolutely no name of the hotel at the premises. If you didn't have the address you would never find it. The buffet there was below average and food was almost tasteless. Not the place to eat unless you don't have transportation to go elsewhere.
