The house is decorated very cool and is stocked very well. Check-in was easy and questions were answered promptly. The grill is in horrific condition and the white couch is getting wore out. There are no red chairs on the porch as in the picture. The location for convenience is great. Close to all the places to eat & the main street.I would say that the area is not the nicest. The neighbors to the east have a very messy front yard & is quite the eye sore.

Pros • Large open kitchen with new appliances, including a full size gas stove/oven, and large refrigerator. Well stocked with pots & pans, dishes and utensils. • Master Bedroom bath is large and modern with plenty of counter space for cosmetics, etc. The second bath is small, but also a full bathroom and adequate with updated fixtures. • Clean. Nicely updated throughout. Cute “railroad décor." • The property is in walking distance of the entertainment, bars, and restaurants on Old Route 66.Cons • Window coverings throughout are translucent. It is not possible t darken a room. Glare on TV until 7 PM. • The double doors to the deck & patio (shown in photographs), is posted “Do Not Open.” If you want to use the patio (grill, sitting area) you have to exit the side (main) door, carrying things most of the length of the house. The patio and deck are on the street in the front of the house. • The condition and cleanliness of the grill, along with poor access from the kitchen, ended our plan to grill. The propane tank was quite light, likely close to empty. • The cookware was mostly mismatched, many without fitting lids. • The television has the Fire OS. The host’s selection of service is very limited and not changeable. • Although well maintained itself, the property is in a generally poorly maintained neighborhood.SummaryAn excellent option for a short stay. Some drawbacks if you are going to be there more than a day or two.

Family Vacation Gem

Location was perfect for our Grand Canyon familt vacation! Property was stocked well (kitchen and linen), clean and owner communication was great! One of the 4 beds (full size in the room with the full/twin) was rock hard, however all other beds were comfortable and cozy!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!

Such a great place…although in the center of a working class street, the neighbors and the location to everything in waking distance were all wonderful. And PIES are just 3 blocks away! You will even have a sweet rooster nearby to welcome you to the morning. And the house..PRECIOUS! If you are visiting Williams…you MUST stay here….you will not be disappointed.

Cute, comfy, and clean!

We had an awesome stay here for a mini-vacation. Walking distance to the Train station and lots of room to spread out. No issues at all and great communication when needed! Beds and couches were comfy and the entire place was well stocked. Would definitely recommend and if we head back to Williams this is where we will stay!

Fantastic location

This little home was situated in a neighborhood within walking distance of all the restaurants and shops in town. The layout of the home was fantastic for us with two sitting rooms- one with the TV and the other for those of us who just want the peace and quiet. The location was an hour away from Grand canyons south rim . We really enjoyed our stay

🍵 Train House

Perfect location if you're going to do the Polar Express or any Grand Canyon Train activities in Williams, Arizona. Walking distance to the Train Depot. Super close to Williams downtown as well. If I have to say something about the property, it is the beds. The bedframe in the master bedroom is super squeaky that if my wife moved me and my daughter get woken up. In the other room, the metal bunk bed is also squeaky because it seemed that the bedframe is not bolted properly. Other than the beds, the house is great! Decorated with all train related decors. Location is perfect if you're spending the day in Williams. An hour drive to Grand Canyon so you can be back and do activities around Williams like the Bearizona drive through.

Everything was wonderful except the beds were not comfortable. The bed in the master is rickety and feels like it is about to collapse. Other than the beds, it felt like home.

Great home in central location

We really enjoyed this home! Only my husband and I stayed in the property but it was certainly big enough for many more. It has everything we could need and we loved that the home is only a short drive away from great hiking at the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Prescott and Flagstaff. And there were great restaurants right there in Williams. All the TVs had Rokus so we were able to log into all our apps easily. The property owners let us know that they were available if needed and were responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

House was clean and comfortable. Communication was very good. The location is very good. The neighborhood wasn’t what I expected, especially the house next door. There is train noise early in the morning. Overall our stay was nice.

Great location

This is my 2nd stay at this property which is centrally located in Williams in a quiet neighborhood. Home has open floor plan and had plenty of room for a family. Like most vacation rentals this one needs some tender loving care but was clean. My only complaint is the beds they are not comfortable at all and the one in the master makes noise every time you move. Host was friendly and responsive. The internet is hit and miss but you are in the mountains.
