Hotel was okay. Check in was good I just felt place was outdated, and feel they could've cleaned up the room a bit more There was a swimming pool that didn't seem well maintained and prob why no one was in there!! They had a pancake and waffle maker, cereal, and mini muffins, no meat unless they were all out? Overall I feel as If I overpaid for a night stay I've paid same price at other hotels for BETTER!

Super cute town, nice staff, yummy breakfast easy drive to The Grand Canyon, Bearizona was also a nice family place to visit. Would stay here again.

Reserved 2 rooms that were waiting for us upon arrival. Rooms were handily side by side, and very clean. The rooms appeared to be recently updated. Beds, bathroom, and linens were clean and comfortable. There was a microwave and a mini fridge in each room, which was handy. The breakfast was good with muffins, cold cereal, waffles, juices, milk and coffee. The only menu improvement might be, a little something with protein (boiled eggs or Greek yoghurt?). The area for the breakfast was extremely compact, so I "get" why the menu was as it was: there would be little available space for a fridge, unless it would be below a counter. Location was extremely handy to the town, & train to Grand Canyon. We would happily stay there again, even during busy spring break! P.S. A great indoor pool-little ones loved it.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The only downside is there is no elevator to access the 2nd floor, so if you have luggage or a disability you'll need to make sure they put you on the first floor. They quickly switched our rooms to lower level without any issues when we arrived. Well definitely stay here again!

I was very comfortable with my room. It was clean and well stocked. It was busy but quiet. The only thing I didn’t care for was the continental breakfast. There were no options for eggs, oatmeal, or fruit. But knowing this, I willl pack my own or eat out. No biggie. I would stay here again.

The hotel seemed ok from the pictures, so I went for it. (Side note, pool is a lot smaller than it looks in the pictures.) We checked in about 7 on Friday night. Hotel clerk was very nice. We proceeded to our room. First issue, the lock to the building is taped with clear tape, so anyone can walk right in, they don't need a room key. Room was ok, not terrible, they sheets appeared dirty, but I think it may have been dark lint on the white sheets. Everything seemed okay, until the people next door to us came back to their room at 10:30pm. They were very loud and the walls are very thin. Then at 6am, the people on the other wall woke up and were super loud. Walls must be paper thin and we just happened to get between two of the loudest families in the world. So, since we were up, we decided to venture down to the breakfast. That was the worst part of the whole experience. I was used to Best Western's breakfast, so I was super disappointed. They had waffles, cereal and some little hard muffins, gross juice and coffee. That was is it. We ended up having to go get breakfast after we left the hotel. When we checked out I told the lady about the noise. She said, well you just should have dialed zero and someone would have come to tell them to be quiet. So that was her solution to that. We also complained about the breakfast and she just looked at us. But other than her, the staff, which were 2 other ladies that I dealt with were very nice.

Good room, but breakfast was a bit lacking in assortment of fruits or other things like yogurt. Waffles were good.

Where to start - upon checking in I found out they have a "surcharge" for using expedia (orbitz) as a booking mechanism - TV did not get local channels, had to scroll through 100+ infomercial channels to find anything to watch - had to keep fixing toilet to let it fill after flushing - coffee was terrible and the only hot food item was waffle (stand in line for my turn - no way!) Williams AZ is a beautiful small town to spend time in after visiting the Grand Canyon, but this place put a blemish on the visit

The hotel was clean and quiet. We only stayed one night but it was convenient for our travel plans.

The interior door leading to the adjoining room would not lock. There was blood stains on the sheets. The bed spread had a large oily stain.

Nice, staff in evening and morning could be nicer.

The location of the hotel stay was prefect for our visit to the Grand Canyon. However, we didn't rest very well because the hotel was hot and stuffy. The lobby, hallway, and room were hot and stuffy. The breakfast room was so stuffy that we opted to skip the free breakfast and drive up the stteeth to grab McDonald's.

This hotel will save you money but you get what you pay for. Rooms are tiny. Bathtub has weird spots on the floor. Carpet looked worn. Pool is absurdly tiny. Good place if you're looking just to crash after all day on Vegas strip. Next time I'll just shell out some extra dollars for another hotel.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. It exceeded my expectations.

The room was clean and nice. Unfortunately the wi-fi was slow and our TV didn't work. The connection was horrific. It kept on stalling/pausing during every tv show. It said it might be because of weather and to call the front desk if it continued so I did. The woman that answered said she would let her manager know. But I was never contacted again and the TV never got better. Not even the next morning. Also the continental breakfast was a little disappointing. There was no fruit or yogurt. Only carbs (waffles, cereal, white bread and mini muffins). I loved that it was centrally located in town and of course close to our next day trip to the grand canyon.

It was a good location for the Grand Canyon Railway.

Wasn't there very long, hard to comment it was a good stay

This hotel was fine for the money. Not an upscale place, but the rooms were clean. Lobby smells strange, but rooms did not. Staff was friendly and very accommodating with adjoining rooms. :)

You have to cook your own breakfast, they put the pancake mixtures n waffles or pancake cooker, n let your cook your own

Great accommodations. A little expensive at $106. A night. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. Bathtub needed a mat, I used a towel so I didn't slip.
