We were put in an animal friendly room and it had a bad odor. Very disappointed in the room.
We booked here because they have a bar and restaurant attached to the hotel. When we checked in we found out the bar and restaurant are only open Wednesday through Saturday. We were there Sunday -Tuesday. Making it inconvenient. The rooms were nice and staff was pleasant also.

This is a 2.5-3 star hotel. I liked that we were able to get a room with 3 queen sized beds for our family of six. I also liked that they only charged $35 for our dog. The hotel wasn't super fancy, but as we moved across the country, it was a good place to stop and rest.

The pictures never justify the look. It is an old and worn out property. Bathroom was not clean looking. Carpet were worn out at the entrance of the room.

convenient place to stay if you're gonna head into the Grand Canyon. This is my 5th visit to the hotel over the course of the last 20 years. It could use a bit of a facelift. But it's just comfy and convenient. we used the hot tub.. it's a big spa.. and indoors.. super convenient.
Handicapped shower was unsafe. The floor of shower was very slippery and drain was not set to allow water to drain. Floor of shower still had puddles of water hours later. Lip to roll in to shower was too high. Shower head came off hose when handicapped spouse was using it and hose started swirling all over.
Very helpful staff.very clean. Parts of the room and the carpet were very old and wotn.
