Very helpful staff.very clean. Parts of the room and the carpet were very old and wotn.

We stayed in the family suite and our door would not lock .. we decided to leave after 3 hours and the staff didn’t even ask or care to offer us a different room when we told them our door didn’t lock .. you would lock the door with the deadbolt but if someone was outside the door would just open .. beware and check your doors before you stay and feel secure .. weirdest situation I have ever experienced in my life lol

Conveniently located off the freeway in Williams. Good alternative if you plan on going to the Grand Canyon. Note: The drive from hotel to Grand Canyon entrance is ONE hour but that was expected through our researches. We also went to Sedona, which was another hour drive. The location is great if you plan on going to other areas more than the Grand Canyon. The hotel is ok. Nothing to brag about. Rooms were decent. Could use an update but did its job. Beds were comfortable. Shower was hot with good water pressure. Restaurants and food options were less than a 2 minute drive. Would come back if ever in the area.

no receipt offered for the nights stay...really? breakfast was crummy, I had to drive to find breakfast for my son with celiac disease toliet handle barely working I TURNED ON THE HEAT IN THE MORNING AND IT TRIGGERED THE FIRE ALARM

Staff was friendly, helpful and professional. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

The room I booked was spacious. It is in the middle of the strip which is very convenient, you will not be disappointed. Very friendly staff!! Love this hotel and will come back again and stay here.

The quality of the room was not worth the price I paid. And the continental breakfast was pretty low end

Nice and close to frreeway ,like the location just spend the night to go to Grand Canyon

Room was not ready when we arrived at 3pm Rooms are not very neat, over all ok

This was a very clean property. It was super cute and decorated for holidays

The location is great not to far from Grand Canyon close to Bearizona wildlife zoo.

Great location, good value, property is clean, but dated, really needs renovation.
