Friendly staff, spacious room and nice amenities. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was very clean and ample.

We wish we had stayed here longer, it was excellent. Room was beautiful, clean, modern with a bit of a cowboy theme. Staff was so accommodating! Self serve laundry facility was extremely affordable. Town was so cute, on historic Route 66. Only place I've ever been to that actually made me consider moving!!

We enjoyed our stay very much the staff were fantastic the breakfasts delicious and we loved the firepit

Third visit to restaurant but first stay...gorgeous hotel in rustic quaint town....staff exceptional service in restaurant, food delicious, staff throughout very kind and attentive..beautiful views by pool...pool so clean...Clean clean linens and towels...bathrooms clean...wonderful stay...we are coming back!

Costs twice as much as other hotels nearby but does not live up to its resort status. The breakfast is mediocre, and when electrical power was cut out and we had to evacuate for another hotel, we never received a refund for the night we lost.

Very comfortable room. The real coffee mugs were a nice touch.

For the price, you cant beat it! Away from town which made it a little more quiet. The walls were a little thin, but aren't most places? No complaints!

Clean and safe hotel. Nice staff and great free breakfast offered. Would stay there again.

Very nice. We saw kids very excited about the Polar Express Train.

So glad we stayed here overnight for our trip to the Grand Canyon the next day. The beds and pillows were super comfy, bed had memory foam which was nice. Room was very clean with no odors in the room, the bathroom floors and shower/bathtub area were clean and free from hair and dirt. Nice thick stain free towels and bedding! There are 2 floor levels in the hotel so we requested an upper floor to avoid hearing noise of people walking, etc., this seemed to be a complaint a few had in other reviews which is why I requested an upper level and was a great decision, we were also located at the end of hallway near elevator and stairs so we did Not hear any of the live singing and music in our room coming from the lounge area, we only heard it when we exited the room. Complimentary breakfast was great, lots to choose from such as eggs, sausage and gravy, biscuits, cereal, etc. Plenty of food places nearby, and within 5 minutes from the Grand Canyon Railway train depot. Overall we had a great stay and would stay here again if we came back in the area.

Overall this is one of the better Best Western Hotels that I have stayed. We stayed at this Best Western as we visited the Grand Canyon. Even though it is a 50 minute drive we found it not a problem.

Awesome travel experience. Clean, comfortable, quite, safe. Can't get any better. Good hot breakfast with scrambled eggs and sausage. Plenty of other options too. The bar was very nice too for a post Grand Canyon drink to unwind. Highly recommend this hotel.

Room was spacious and clean. However, the refrigerator was making a loud annoying noise and had to be turned off after I had checked in. Staff did not offer an alternate room. Coffee in room was pretty bad.

I picked this hotel due to its location (close to Grand Canyon) and after reading some reviews I felt comfortable I would enjoy my stay. Apon arrival you are surrounded with trees and nature-lovely surroundings. Check-in process was quick and moderately friendly. I felt the front seat girl could of made eye contact when speaking to us and maybe a smile or two. Once we entered our room we were greeted with a strong smell, maybe the cleaning solution. We had to open the window and leave the room for a few hours to let it air out. We ended up sitting by the fire pit located next to the pool. It was a nice addition to the hotels amenities which also include gym, hot tub, pool, dining, and live music. We did not eat there as other guest expressed disappointment with quality of food for the price. After the room aired out we headed back to shower and turn in for the evening. The shower did not drain correctly so you would always be standing in a few inches of water while showering. After speaking with staff (again could of been a little more friendly) we were told it's a old building and most of the rooms had this problem. It wasn't a huge deal that night, but the two additional nights we were showering off 10 hour days of hiking the canyon. This became an issue because your feet were alway mucky leaving you to get out and wash them sepreatly. I did tell the staff again asking if they could do anything about it. That didn't get me very far. Ok place but wouldn't stay again.

Great Lynn cation friendly staff! Would definitely stay again!

Everything was great except that there was a long hair in my bed under the sheets (I am a man with very short hair). I assume that it went through the wash and wound up in the bed on the clean sheets because everything else was truly very clean.

美国花费相对较贵,1000+以上性价比相对较低,相当于国内3星酒店,服务人员都很nice~总体还可以~

Great hotel close to lots of attractions. Bearizona was awesome and you are only 1 hour away from the south rim of the Grand Canyon!

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience of loosing electrical power during your stay. It was the total west side of the town of Williams experiencing the electrical outage. It was not in our control. If you will review your folio you were not charged for the night of the power failure, so there was no need for a refund. Again, we thank you for coming back to our Hotel and staying the remainder two nights on your reservation. Please be safe in all your travels. Read less
