There was no actual person at check out. I had to do this via a sketchy kiosk, which I didn’t like at all. Not personal touch and makes me already get bad vibes. The hotel room was dirty and smelled of bad body odor. I actually went next door to the con store and bought Lysol. I used half the cannon the room, just to get the smell out. That was AFTER I had the door open, in the 30 degree weather, to try and get the smell out. Would not recommend staying here at all.

Great spot especially off season

Off season, price was very reasonable, room was very large, and the heater had no problems keeping up with the temperature outside. The staff is "Arizona friendly" which means none of that fake customer service yes sir noise, but genuine people who want to do their job efficiently.

Rooms were nice and rustic and the area felt really nice! Loved the atmosphere. Theres no reasonable restaurants or food options so thats the only thing that was a bust. Drove an hour for food one night because the prices are ridiculous in town.

I honestly love the fact that this location is not in a big city and overcrowded with traffic. The view of both the sunrise and sunset captivatedmy heart. The rustic touches are just my aesthetic, as well as the panoramic views. The rooms are larger than most hotels you find in Vegas and the beds were super cozy. The restaurant attached to the place was super simple, it doesn't overwhelme you with choices and the staff was easy to talk to and met my every need should I have an issue. If I go back to the Grand Canyon, I'm going back here. Shout out to Juan 😎👉👉

Hotel has good communication by sending emails to make us aware of the hours of shops/restaurants in the vicinity. Restaurant owner by the hotel was very friendly and welcoming. He even came out to catch us when we left our sunglasses behind.

Location was great, close to Grand Canyon. Property needs updated and cleaned better. Bathroom was dirty, plumbing did not work well, carpet was torn and dirty. Staff was friendly.

This place is okay for a last minute pinch but I wouldn't recommend it for a long-term stay of more than 2 days. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. Check in later at night was clunky with the check in portal being run by an Indian call center. The property is in pretty bad disrepair and could use some updates but at least the rooms were relatively clean. Wish I'd have reserved something down in Williams for this last minute trip. As an upside at least there's a nice collection of classic cars across the way.
