We did not enjoy our stay. I stood at the front desk for like 5 minutes before some one came to check us in and then I picked this hotel specifically for the indoor pool and we showed up to find out it was closed! The rooms weren’t very nice and the beds were uncomfortable. Our room said it slept 6, 2 queen beds and a pull out couch, well the pull out couch was a twin and could only sleep one person so one of my kids had to sleep on the floor, not to mention the mattress was soo bad you could feel every spring coming through! Only plus was the breakfast was good!

TERRIBLE hotel, terrible staff. I would NEVER recommend staying at this property. Dirty, rude front desk manager, broken pool with no commitment to fixing the issue, and zero customer service skills at this property. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BOOK with this property.

The room was nice with a king bed. Clean with fridge and microwave. First floor right across from breakfast and the ice machine. Good breakfast with eggs and crispy bacon. Coffee was decent and waffle machine plus all the rest of the yummy breakfast bar. All staff members were very courteous and helpful. I'll come back again. 😁

The power went out. We had no heat or lights for 4 hours. Not offered anything to compensate. Asked to have late check out and they said we could have 30 minutes to an hour even though we had planned to swim during the power outage. We did swim and the pool was GROSS. There were floating balls of hair and the water was a green blue color that was very unsightly. Our room was quite dirty. And we had to be moved rooms because the first one had a toilet that ran and they had no staff to fix it. Used McDonalds cup on the floor by the pull out couch. The 2nd room had carpet coming up. Both rooms had peeling head boards. Wont recommend. Staff was nice and food was nice.

Checked in late (9pm) and Assigned room was not cleaned, which was terrible considering we had a baby with us and were super tired from the drive. Then new assigned room, while it was cleaned it was very dated, to the point that the AC unit covered popped off and hit my leg, leaving a bruise. Front desk was friendly and did what she could, she was kind. The next morning spoke with manager, let’s just say she was not having a great morning and it was barely 8am. I did my best to be super careful and kind but had to share my negative experience. She signed me up for rewards and gave me a a start to put towards other rewards I would earn using the app….. um thanks??? Needless to say this was not the best experience.

The room was clean and quiet. Carpet felt a bit damp when we first arrived. Had requested a crib on reservation. Had to call down to request, but staff brought it right up. Breakfast was good; guests were greedy and entitled. Biscuits and gravy excellent. Wish there was chocolate milk. There's never enough cinnamon rolls. Again, greedy guests...they were gone by 8:30 a.m. Overall, excellent stay.
