It was OK for short stay. We have no more to say really.

I took my daughter and some friends on a sweet 16 road trip. The hotel was just right except that the jacuzzi and pool were closed "for the season" we were hoping to use the jacuzzi in the evenings. Other than that the hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. They gave us directions, coupons for dinner and even looked up and printed out prices for the zip line. We would definitely stay here again.

The bed was too small and very hard. Even though I was very tired I slept poorly. Breakfast room was very crowded. Eggs were dry

Hotel stay was excellent; cost to eat in the area was rediculously high and the food not so good.

The hotel is in a great location for the Grand Canyon Train Depot. The hotel was going through exterior painting while we were there. They had taped up our exterior window while at the canyon and we didn't get to watch the thunder storms, but overall very nice for the price.

Nothing special. Just as you'd expect it. Totally okay if you're going to the grand canyon. nice people, simple breakfast. good stay.

The room was really clean, the staff was friendly and everything was in good conditions. Would really recommend this hotel.

The place is a dump with rooms in a separate building without an elevator. Very rundown. Bed was not as hard as I would have thought, though. Overall would not recommend

great hotel, great price, couldnt ask for anything more

August and peak tourist season, good price here. We arrived very early and my daughter was car sick. A wonderful staff member, Lynn, let us rest in the living room/computer area while a room was prepared. We got in the room at 12:00. The hotel itself is older and a bit musty smelling, probably from all the monsoon season rain recently. We were very satisfied with the price and it fit our needs, as we toured the Grand Canyon and attended the western show in town at 7:00 pm. The Grand Canyon was an easy one hour drive. The free internet service kept a teenager busy and the in room coffee maker was a plus for adults. We didn't have a chance to utilize the free contintental breakfast as we left super early. I would come back for the value and staff helpfulness.

This was a horrible experience. We arrived late to find an old, dingy, dirty room with someone else's clothes in the drawers. The tub did not drain well and the shower cutain was disgusting. We had to clean the bathroom sink to use it as well as the restroom area. It was way over priced!! We would NEVER stay there again nor recommend this place to anyone!!

The hotel was clean, which is most important to us. We were able to check in early, with connecting rooms and the staff was friendly. There was no shampoo in the room, but that was the biggest "crisis" we encountered and was easily fixed. Good stay overall.

Good location in Williams, super comfortable bed/pillows, safe parking, quiet, staircase & hallways are super smelly not enough ventilation, room does have an initial bad smell which goes away after about an hour with the ac on. Breakfast is not good, no fruits available, waterdown juices, bad doughnuts, good yogurt choice though, super crowded eating area. Internet did not work at all, about 6 tv channels available... overall not worth paying $100 plus for this hotel, keep in mind Williams is a tourist trap so all hotels are expensive due to its proximity to the grand canyons park, shop around if I were you... oh, don't miss the shoot out re-enactment downtown Williams at around 7 pm, kids and some adults will like it. If you can, stay around the Flagstaff area instead and save your hard earned $$$.

central location to all of our travel destinations. Would like to see some different types of breakfast foods on different days. The same thing gets old.

We rode on the Polar Express train at the Grand Canyon railway, which was down the street from the Fairfield hotel.

William AZ location 60 miles from Grand Canyon. Typical Fairfield Inn furnishings. Very comfortable king-sized bed but with only one bedside lamp provided inadequate lighting for two persons to read before sleep. High-glucose carbs for breakfast except for the unhealthy Jimmy Dean high-fat breakfast sandwich.

pretty nice and convineint hotel

Their continental breakfast was better than any I've had, they even had a waffle station, everything was fresh. Rooms were clean and the employees were very friendly and helpful. I was slightly disappointed that the hot tub was not working properly, it was open, but had no air bubbles as hot tubs normally do. I stayed at the Holiday Inn in Williams on my last trip to the Grand Canyon and this hotel was far better and well worth the money.

It was a great place to stay, close to The Grand Canyon, very reasonable rate, very clean, great free breakfast in the morning!
