Definitely Would Not Stay Here Again!

This room was not even not so good, it was worse. Dirty gritty floors, bathroom was disgusting. Definitely needs to be renovated. Television did not work at all. Booked for 3 nights and checked out after the first night as the room was not acceptable to us. We stay at mom and pop places so we are not very particular to begin with. Would not refund for the second and third nights. Overcharged on the pet fee that was stated on Hotels.com and would not make it right. If you book through Hotels.com don’t expect them to do anything for you if there is an issue with the room. The hotel manager is very friendly but don’t expect him to do anything either for you either, other than make excuses why he can’t give you a refund even though the room was available to rebook which he did as the hotel was full Saturday night. If you don’t care about dirt, amenities which aren’t available and they cheat you on published prices, you will love this place. Thanks Faheem for nothing!

Most Uncomfortable Stay

The door wouldn’t lock unless you slammed it so hard the window shook. The towels were old, torn, and stained. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever tried to sleep in. The floor slanted and felt like I was going to fall every time I walked to the restroom. We stayed for 2 nights and our room didn’t get fresh towels, toilet paper, or any kind of room service.
