This was a stop during a cross country drive with a pet; an 90 lb dog. Few places are willing to accommodate such an animal but The Arizonan, as well as other Best Western locations, did!! Thank you so much for providing ‘us’ with a safe, clean, comfortable respite during the trip. Btw... the front desk staff (I got the feeling they wore many ‘hats’ at this location) could not have been more welcoming and helpful!

I had called early in the day to request a first floor room, told it would not be a problem. Arrived to check in and there were none. Guy at front desk not friendly. I had made the reservation for 3 guests and he charged me $15 for the third guest. Air conditioner was not working, room was very hot. Maintenance guy came and fixed it, took a couple of hours for the room to cool down.

Front desk reception was a little curt. Room was clean but dark. It could use a little upgrading. Property was overall satisfactory though considering the location.

Property is older but in decent condition. We have stayed here multiple times before. Had a few dead large bugs on the bathroom floor and comforters in this room need replaced, cotton is very separated and lumpy!!

Room nice for the price, staff friendly. Air conditioner doesn’t properly work, room either smoldering hot or freezing cold. When I booked room I was given one price by orbitz and upon check out was charged substantially more by Best Western. They said it was due to only being allowed 2 adults per room or there was an additional fee of $45.00 per night for the extra adult. So needless to say I was no happy with that after staying there a week.

Clean and good breakfast. Staff was curt and not overly helpful.

Television did not work. Sound worked but no video.

Only spent about 6 hours overnight. Breakfast the next morning was decent.

The room was clean, comfortable and very quiet even though it was near the interstate. Staff all seemed quite nice. Was expecting to use the advertised heated pool, but it was closed for the season. I'd stay there again.

This hotel is very nice and well-maintained. The hotel staff is without a question the best we have encountered--incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. Although our stay at this Best Western was for leisure, I travel frequently for business across the U.S. and stay at high-end conference hotels that are charging 2-3 more (per night) and do not have anywhere near the excellent customer service of this Best Western. The room: I note that we stayed in the lower suite (1 of only 2 available) and this hotel "room" felt like a home. It actually had a real brick fireplace in the center of room and a very nice living room layout. The real fireplace is not in use for obvious reasons. Our suite was clean, well-maintained and very comfortable. Only downside is that they did not have a real coffee maker, instead they had one of those single cup pod-style coffee makers--really cheesy.

Had a great stay for the night. Brandon at the front desk and Marcie helping out in the breakfast room were great people that helped us out during our brief stay.

They have done a nice job of updating an old facility. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. They even provided me with gluten free and dairy free options at breakfast when I asked.

Nice, quiet, clean. Enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was good.

Hotel was nice. Rooms were hot-AC wasn't working correctly. Thin walls and doors-you could hear everything going on outside the room. Beds were very hard. Kids didn't sleep a wink.

Dear Guest, We apologize for our staff's miscommunication. With respect to three guests, unfortunately, expedia and/or hotel.com, always makes a reservation with two persons only. We have tried to contact them many times to change the way they take in reservation, but it is hit and miss. Due to power outage, we did have some issues with AC. We apologize for that. Property is older but in decent condition. We have stayed here multiple times before. Had a few dead large bugs on the bathroom floor and comforters in this room need replaced, cotton is very separated and lumpy!!
