nothing to brag about - TV not working needs lots ofz repairs

My only suggestion is when you advertise a FREE BREAKFAST, make the hours more TRAVEL FRIENDLY. The Breakfast was set to start at 7 am. Most people are down the road 100 miles by 7 am, especially when the HEAT is a factor. We stayed until 6:55 to eat with our kids, but no one open, no food prepared. DID NOT WAIT. Price was EXCELLENT. STAFF OUTSTANDING!

Don't pull up to the curbs they are too high, worn carpet at top of stairs was coming up and a tripping hazard, the guy at the front desk comes out of the back room wearing a worn oversized t-shirt, the free breakfast was in a Mexican restaurant next door that we couldn't get into because the hotel had a tour bus of Chinese tourist that took all the seats. Woke up to birds in the ac unit which exits onto the flat roof. Spend a couple more bucks and stay somewhere else. $ is $15 too much for this one night dump.

The continental breakfast is actually in a restaurant cross the parking lot. We ordered from menu. The breakfast was great. The hotel is just basic & OK.

hotel was ok......bathroom shower faucet rusty and loose......breakfast was at restaurant next door and very stingy. there were 4 options...one was not available.....i had french toast which was one sausage patty and one piece of bread with coffee.....

We needed a place to spend teo nights. Room had all amenities needed. Was in a good location close to restaurants. Breakfast could have been better. First day was ok we had the french toast. The second day not so good. They gave us one piece of bread that was basically toast with cinnamon :(.

needs maintenance, bed was bad, tub looked like it had been bombed

It is out of date. Cracking, old, and uncomfortable beds

Hotel was fine. No problems. Only thing I would say is that the complimentary breakfast very meagre. Ended up paying for a real meal. Otherwise no complaints.

No frills, safe quiet and extremely basic. Free breakfast was hot buy small an upgrade is cheap if you want it

Large hotel with variety of services, grocery store, restaurant, gas station, very convenient to travel to Bryce. and AAA discount is available

The shower was horrible. Very hot, then cold, hot, cold. Electrical situation was scary. The free breakfast at the restaurant in the parking lot was great and the only positive of staying at this dive.

A quirky value for the traveler looking for something different; looks like it was a motor lodge from the 40's converted to modern amenities. Great deal for the money, but not quite as modern as some will prefer. A free breakfast at an onsite diner is included; my only complaint is that the shower is a bit small if you are a big person, but room was comfy in a vintage kind of way.

This place was most likely built shortly after my grand pappy got home from WW2 but I don't care about shiny and new because I work hard for what little money I have. I do care about a clean comfortable room that does the job and all the fixtures and appliances work. For around fifty dollars this does the trick. The free breakfast at the diner was enough to make me happy. Beats those continental dried out danish things you find in other hotel lobbies. We also had dinner at same restraunt the night before and same waitress we had greeted us early next morning. These folks work hard here as I would imagine there are few jobs in the middle of the desert so we tipped her as nice as we could. Not bad place. Bed was very comfy!

I have stayed at other Americas Bests that were amazing. This one however was not so amazing. It's like they took a dilapidated old motel slapped some paint and window units in and called it good. There were bugs in the room cause the gap around the door was so large they could crawl right in.

Better than expected. It has a certain charming shabbiness that seemed appropriate for what was obviously a motor inn built in the 40's on Route 66. Everything worked fine, bed was comfy and all was very clean

The room was old, but clean. The perks where great, nice free breakfast and the staff was friendly. Over all value was great, if your not going to be in the room too much.

The employes are real friend and acommindating. Having said that it's on the old side of town, and the hotel reflects that. The room was dated but clean. I was surprised breakfast was included. Over all a good stay to rest your head.

The hotel is just off the Interstate exit. The continental breakfast is at the diner next door and is very good. The rooms are not overly large, but we were only staying for one night and they meet our expectations.

The staff was very helpful and I had a good experience.
