Holiday Inn Express Flagstaff

I was traveling on business and I had an important meeting early in the morning. The staff failed to set my wake up call, creating a very stressful situation the next day when I did not wake up on time. Also, although my room had 3 light fixtures, the lighting was very dim and of poor light quality. This made it difficult to work or read in the room. I understand the need to conserve energy, but at least the desk lamp should have quality lighting. Just saying....

out of the way, but very comfortable and fully equipped

One night stay, we arrived very early but the desk attendant was friendly, helpful and accommodating.

The hotel is good plenty of restaurants around and the staff was great. The beds and pillows were great but there was still trash in the trash can from the previous guests which was kind of gross. Also they need biegger trash cans. The tub water didnt drain properly, it took a little after the shower to drain. Other than that everything was great. Good continental breakfast coffee available all night by the lobby! We were in town fir the polar express!!! Definately recommend! The train does pass right behind the hotel but does not disturb, no noise!

Hotel was a great example of the HI Express chain. Hotel was immaculate and service staff very friendly. Greeters at breakfast were remarkably friendly and helpful with recommendations and precise directions. Breakfast bar typical but well done (might get a little repetitive after a few days). Don't miss: 1) Lowell Observatory (overlooking old Flagstaff) 2) Walnut Creek Canyon Time permitting, the drive on 89A from Flagstaff to Jerome. Phenomenal terrain sights and Jerome is spectacular.

Stayed here for 1 night en-route to Grand Canyon. Average hotel, good location but close enough to hear the train all night. The breakfast was one of the better free hotel spreads I've had.

Hotel was fine. Little pricy but had no choice. The breakfast was decent but when they got a crowd they couldn't keep up. We waited awhile for the food. The apple juice never got refilled. But that was only one day the other 2 mornings was fine.

The location was great due to the proximity to both my business office and the freeway. The beds were comfortable, if you are staying in a king size room, otherwise the queens are not as comfortable. I would recommend bringing your own food. I will say, customer service took care of a billing situation well. For Flagstaff, I would recommend this hotel and it is the only hotel I use while in Flagstaff.

The hotel was clean, and the staff friendly. The indoor/outdoor pool was a treat. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and we'll stocked. The only negative comment I have is they really need a separate elevator for the cleaning staff. It was inconvenient waiting for elevators, then having to crowd on with carts and staff. Overall though, an enjoyable stay.

Just stayed one night the staff was very nice and helpful. Everything was clean and a lot of options for breakfast. The elevators were old and a little scary but besides that it was a nice place to stay.

It was ok but won't stay again. The location was okay. Went to flagstaff for snow. Lots of traffic in January

Nice hotel and friendly staff. I didnt like the room setup with the desk being so close to the bed.

This is my second time staying at this hotel in Flagstaff. I woukd recommend to a friend. My first room was alot nicer then the second one.

Hotel staff was very helpful at suggesting sites to see. Hotel was clean. Location was good for accessing a variety of places by car including Sedona (30 min drive south); Grand Canyon (1.5 hours northwest); Antelope Canyon (3 hours north); Painted Desert (2.5 hours east).

Every morning we had a wonderful start to the day in the hotel lobby with a delicious breakfast. There were so many choices, even staying there a week I did not get to all of what was offered. One morning a gentleman on the elevator exclaimed what a great nights rest he had when I shared how comfortable the accommodations were. After a full day of walking ,sightseeing , and evenings of fun,it was great to get back and swim in the heated pool,as well relax in the hot tub on the patio outside.

Great location, decent breakfast, clean parking lot!!!

Comfortable bed, clean room, clean bathroom. Good value.

Had a great stay. No complaints, the service was great.

It was a great weekend. there were no disturbances. The continental breakfast and pool were a big hit for me. Cloe enough to downtown. I would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel. The staff were friendly, the room was recently remodeled, and breakfast was included. The hotel had everything we needed and more. Close distance to downtown Flagstaff, Sedona, and Walnut Canyon.
