A decent place , food is not that good though, salad @ the buffet was not fresh.
The breakfast provided in the morning was good and the items where quickly restocked when they started getting low. I would have liked more fruit options. The TV in our room did not work during must of our trip.
My only issue was the key cards. Never could get them to open the back door on L3 bldg. Someone would always come along lucky for us. One of them also would not open the room door. Had to go to front desk for one that worked. I still could not get it to work on the back door.
Excellent hotel and location!! Closed to Grand Canyon and Sedona
Fine for a nights stay. No frills. Pool is nice and warm. Good location. Breakfast is always a nice amenity.
Staff was very friendly and efficient. Parking is tight and the train nearby is an early wake up call.
The front desk clerk Megan was friendly, knowledgeable, quick, and she helped me get a cheaper price for the room. When I arrived to the room it was clean and I received a courtesy call from Megan asking if everything was to my satisfaction, I have been to many motels and hotels across this country ...
Perfect place to stay at the canyon! The location is ideal!
The room was very clean and the bed was really comfortable.
