There were 3 Bartendars and we were only served one drink despite him having our card also we were given a menu but never got our order taken in over an hour! Busy not Busy!

Didn't realize masks were required at this property. I made the reservation for my in-laws who have a health condition that prevent them from wearing a mask. Zero help from the front desk and no refund possible. Didn't end up staying. I would recommend putting the mask requirement more prominently on the property listing or when you check out.

October 2022 and you have to mask up. Took 3 phone calls and a visit to the front desk to get 2 pillows. 30 minute wait to get a soup to go. 1 1/2 hour wait list to get seated in a bar restaurant that wasn’t half full.

The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The walk-in shower was great.

Not much to do immediately around the property. Casino was small but had a nice variety of restaurants

Our stay was nice, but not enough choices for dining.

New, comfortable room, alternative food choices.

If you are wanting casino action, sports, tables, games, twin arrows is for you. If you could care less about the casino, and just want an elegant, well appointed room and attentive staff, great fitness center, I would recommend twin arrows.

Great spot for our trip

It is a very nice property. The reason the average on amenities is because the restaurants were not fully opened and the gym and pool are closed. But check back as they slowly reopeningafterafullclosureduring Covid19.am

The property and room was nice and clean. Staff were friendly. The one thing I was unhappy was that the room key didn't work 2 of the 3 nights were there. We had to keep going down stairs to reprogram the key. That was an inconvenience. Overall it a nice place
