New, comfortable room, alternative food choices.

If you are wanting casino action, sports, tables, games, twin arrows is for you. If you could care less about the casino, and just want an elegant, well appointed room and attentive staff, great fitness center, I would recommend twin arrows.

Great spot for our trip

It is a very nice property. The reason the average on amenities is because the restaurants were not fully opened and the gym and pool are closed. But check back as they slowly reopeningafterafullclosureduring Covid19.am

The property and room was nice and clean. Staff were friendly. The one thing I was unhappy was that the room key didn't work 2 of the 3 nights were there. We had to keep going down stairs to reprogram the key. That was an inconvenience. Overall it a nice place

Service

The kids really enjoyed the game room!! Very clean

Very clean and staff was very friendly. The buffet was awesome!

Staff is very friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean. Food is also pretty good.

I always spend the night in Twin Arrows on my way to Vegas and on the way back from Vegas. I’m very comfortable there, I feel safe. The staff is friendly. However, they give away thousands of 8 ounce bottles of water every week at the casino to their guests. They do not recycle plastic. I always bring my bottles home to recycle at home. This is very disturbing as one of the tenets of Native Americans systems to take care of mother Earth.

The casino and the cleanliness of the property. The closeness to flagstaff

Located outside of town, room was spacious, easy to get to

The hotel was clean and the service was amazing. The indoor pool and Jacuzzi were a nice touch. The room was spacious and bed very comfortable.

It was an amazing experience!! I love the fact that they employ all Native Americans. So polite and personable everyone we came in contact with was amazing!!!
