Nice place I’d stay there again

Good price. Overall not a bad hotel.

Nice room, easy and convenient for a single night pass through Flagstaff.

Smelled like marijuana everywhere on the property. Pool was closed as well as hot tub. We stayed 5 nights and no one ever came to our room to clean or straighten up (add toilet paper, etc…). Very loud. Front desk staff looked bothered when we asked for something…. The hotel is centrally located and a lot of shops stores in walking distance but there are better options nearby. We would not stay here again.

I like it very much the location

As a whole, the property was OK. 2 days in a row we had no hot water, it was quickly fixed but I’m guessing they turn the water heaters off to save money and don’t inform there guests. While the room appeared clean and nice the floor would turn your feet black in minutes of walking on the floor without shoes. The breakfast burritos seemed like a good value for free breakfast but the sandwiches only had 1 slice of bacon and a very small amount r of egg. Everything else was good. The staff were very friendly, and they appear to be working on the building as they were putting a new roof on while we were there. If your just looking for a cheap place to sleep it’s a decent option, we however will be booking elsewhere for our next family visit up

Not sure why this hotel has such a high rating? It was fairly beat up in some spots. It is old and they are apparently renovating it in parts? My room was actually nice. Not super quiet as it the design of the place. There was a long black hair on a towel which was gross. Overall the room was nice. The breakfast was a grab and go and I liked the burrito that I ate but it was not my first choice and the choices were limited. All in all, I would stay here again, but probably after I check out a few other hotels in the area.

The rooms are bleak and there was only a very think cotton blanket on the bed- no comforter or e yea blankets Ava. I was very cold all night. It felt very stingy for paying over $180.

Not sure if it was the cleaning products used or room freshener but smell was overpowering even after airing room out. Found a clump of hair or fur on the bathroom floor. Pool was closed. In fairness, staff was very friendly. Wouldn't stay there again though.

Staff is doing their best, but for breakfast they need more help and to finish it at least at 1000 am. They can’t be on the breakfast area and front desk at the same time, is too much. Overall is a good place to stay just if you need to. If you are on vacay and looking forward for something better this is not the place to be.

Property is always very clean.

It’s a great spot for the cost. I’ve been staying here for years. Would be be nice to finally see the pool finished/repaired.

Little run down.

My room was very quiet, clean and convenient to town.
